Its not easy to take the kids off screen time this FMCO, or any give time for that matter 🥲 but with FMCO the kids are always with their devices either for online classes or hanging out with their friends. I can only reduce the strain on their eyes with a pair of good quality anti blue light glasses from EyeShield.com.my !
