-Malabar briyani (with selected spices,nuts,fruits,and herbs with a choice of chicken,lamb,prawn or fish)
-Kadai paneer (sautéed cottage cheese with bell peppers,onion,ginger,garlic and crushed dry chillies)
-spinach papdi chaat (seasoned chickpeas and potatoes with spinach crackers served with yoghurt and tangy tamarind sauce)
-Malabar avial (drumstick and mixed vegetable cooked)
-paneer kulcha (naan stuffed grated cottage cheese mix with mil Indian spices)
-garlic naan
-koyal chicken (charcoal)

-gulab jamun (sweet dumpling made from milk n ice cream)
