For our 3rd Dinner, Carmen recommended we should try this popular one of its kind restaurant serving Cat Fish as their main dish at CHA CA THANG LONG 🐟🐟🐟.

Our 3rd Dinner was served on a stove with a hot pan where they will stir fry for you with tons of scallions & dill! 😀😀😀
.
Eaten with peanuts, fish sauce, more scallions, herbs & rice noodles, the boneless cat fish meat was fresh & flaky. 👍👍👍
.
Priced at 120,000 VDN per pax, this is a popular food among the Vietnamese but I wasn't very fond of it due to the presence of the intense flavour of the dill which I dun like at all! 😟😟😟.

Anyway, it was a good experience to try everything there's to be offered in Vietnam. 🇻🇳🇻🇳🇻🇳

Day 5 - Food Tripping In Hanoi 🇻🇳🇻🇳🇻🇳

Dinner yesterday was out of control where we had not one but three kinds of dishes starting off with Bun Thang Chicken Soup Noodles before moving on to Fried Eel Vermicelli Noodles to Ca Cha Long aka Cat fish dish. 🥰🥰🥰.
.
The Bun Thang Soup Noodles (40K VDN) was exceptionally delicious & full of flavour & comes loaded with toppings of shredded chicken meat, eggs, mushroom & chopped scallion + cekur leaves. 😋😋😋
.
I was told that this dish was prepared using around 20 kinds of ingredients, thus making it indeed a must have dish for all chicken lovers out there! 🥰🥰🥰
