【電影未死、電影萬歲：2020 坎城片單公佈＆總監 Thierry Frémaux 給影迷的一封信】

▋快訊／皮克斯《靈魂總動員》、魏斯安德森《法蘭西快報》、史提夫麥昆雙作品，河賴植美、深田晃司，及《屍速列車》續集皆入選坎城官方片單。另外還有瑟夏羅南及凱特溫斯蕾主演的《菊石》和《魔戒》「亞拉岡」Viggo Mortensen 執導作品也驚喜入選。▋

在疫情影響下，身為三大影展之一的坎城影展（Festival de Cannes）今年不得不取消五月的實體影展和競賽，並將市場展移至線上舉行。事實上從春季以來，全世界都在看最重視紅毯經驗、最維護固有傳統的法國人會否堅持到底，不料卻在四月的時候被法國政府直接禁止百人以上集會。第 73 屆坎城影展正式宣告無法如期、如往常的型式舉行。

隨後，坎城也宣布雖然本屆競賽取消，但仍會將坎城選片委員會所篩選而出的官方片單（Official Selection）公佈，為的是讓這些片仍能夠挾著坎城光環，去爭取更好的影展首映和發行策略。本屆從 2067 件報名作品中，共選出了 56 部電影，不分單元，其中包含 16 部女性導演的作品（佔比從去年的 23.7% 升至 28.5%）。

坎城總監 Thierry Frémaux 也在昨日發佈公開信，鉅細靡遺地闡述了這幾個月來他的心路歷程，以及在坎城影展的選片和轉型過程中的策略考量，以及對未來電影的期許。Thierry 表示：「儘管電影戲院已經閉館三個月了，這個片單反映了電影比起以往只有更加活躍。她依然是獨一無二、無可取替的。」、「感謝那些電影工作者、那些賜予電影生命、以及那些欣賞並賦予其全新生命的人們。拜他們所賜，電影仍然是富有意義和影響力的」。

「『近期獻映，敬請期待』的標語從來沒這麼具有吸引力－－是的，我們將很快可以看到：電影未死，遑論抱恙。」

【總監的信】

有鑑於全球疫情發展，今年的坎城影展將不會以過往的型式舉行。在三月 19 號，我們宣布影展將延期至七月初舉行。當時，我們必須在四月中以前下一個定論。然而，就在四月 13 的時候，法國政府宣布禁止這個夏天所有的大型藝文活動。傳統上九月是威尼斯和多倫多影展的期間，因此我們不可能到九月才舉辦坎城影展。而在一波秋季影展過後，我們也更不可能延到十月或十一月時再舉辦。

然而，「取消」一舉從未在考量範圍內。如同您所知，坎城影展的歷史上只有一次在 1939 被取消，以及一次在 1968 年無法順利走完完整的期程。若在 2020 我們無法以過往型式舉行坎城國際影展，則我們必定得找到另一個讓它發生的方式。坎城影展不可能就這樣消失。

同時，我們也是顧念到許多電影人的辛勞，而不願意輕言放棄。我們無法直接請大家明年 2021 再來。所以，我們如常地進行了選片的工作。而這是一個正確的決定。而這個持續進行選片的這個決策，也讓我們收到了超過兩千部電影長片作品的投遞報名。更精確來說，是 2067 部。

我們如今已經完成了這個官方片單，而且是一個多麼美的片單。儘管電影戲院已經閉館三個月了－－自從 1895 年盧米埃兄弟發明了電影放映技術之後，這還是頭一遭－－這個片單反映了電影比起以往只有更加活躍。她依然是獨一無二、無可取替的。我們活在一個影像藝術持續演化的時代－－無論是電影的放映方式，或是電影本身皆然。感謝那些電影工作者、那些賜予電影生命、以及那些欣賞並賦予其全新生命的人們。拜他們所賜，電影仍然是富有意義和影響力的。「近期獻映，敬請期待」的標語從來沒這麼具有吸引力－－是的，我們將很快可以看到：電影未死，遑論抱恙。

在 6 月 3 日公佈的片單中，將會有許多眾所矚目的大導演新作。然而，有一些其他作品，儘管同樣受到選片委員會的欣賞和擁戴，則不會在此次露面。原因是這些作品的創作團隊已決定要將作品的上映日期延到 2021 冬季或是春季，同時選擇在明年的影展曝光。因此，今年官方片單中缺席的作品，我們期待明年再見。

另一方面，今年的官方片單則多了許多新的發現。一個影展的目的就是要發掘並照亮世界各地的潛力新秀，坎城影展也不例外。今年更甚以往，我們看到許多原本以大銀幕放映為創作初衷的作品，不得不轉往小螢幕播放。因此，我們希望可以在致力保存電影經驗的神聖性的同時，也不忘展望未來。

追根究底，我們之所以堅持今年仍要選出坎城的官方片單，正是因為這是我們作為影展，能為電影所提供最大的幫助，同時也有助於照亮未來幾個月即將在影院中上映的作品們。在歷經幾個月的閉館之後，電影院的重新開張將會是一個關鍵的事件。坎城影展將致力於陪伴這些作品走過這段轉換期，並持續支持它們在法國及全世界的放映計畫，同時也確立影院對於電影藝術的關鍵地位。我們知道許多影展都擁有相同的立場。

一般而言，坎城影展的官方片單大約會納入 60 部電影（2019 有 59 部、2018 有 56 部）。今年我們的官方片單選入了 56 部電影。這些電影從 2067 部報名作品中脫穎而出（相較之下，2019 年有 1845 部電影報名、2018 年有 1916 部、2010 年則有 1665 部）。

這是首次坎城影展收到超過 2000 部報名作品。由此可見，全球疫情危機和後製的延宕，並沒有影響到本次報名的作品數量。

我們必須注意到這個數量的提昇，很大一部分是首部作品：我們今年收到 909 部首部執導作品報名，為歷年之最。這當中有 258 部（28.4%）女性執導作品、651 部（71.6%）男性執導作品。

最終入選今年官方片單的，則有 15 部首部執導作品（佔整體 26.7%，相比去年共有 10 部、佔整體 17%）。我們從未有這麼多位初試啼聲的導演作品入選官方片單，而這也映證了電影的蓬勃活力，以及影展對於未來世代的重視。

另一個成長的數據則是電影出品國的地理涵蓋性。今年的片單中包含來自 147 個國家的作品，相較於去年的 138 國成長了 6.5%。

有關女性導演的部分，坎城影展先前已經簽署了 “Collectif 50/50” 的性別平等協議，並會陸續提供性別比例的相關資料。其中包含下列兩點：

- 今年共有 532 位女性導演報名作品（佔全部 25.7%），相較於去年的 575 位稍有下降。
- 然而，入選官方片單的女性導演作品則有顯著提昇。我們今年共選了 16 位女性導演的作品（相較於 2019 的 14 位、2018 的 11 位、2017 的 12 位、2016 的 9 位、2015 的 6 位）。以百分比而言，女性入選官方片單的 28.5% 佔比高於去年的 23.7%，甚至高於報名的女性比率（25.7%）。值得一提的是，若我們單看法國作品的話，這個數據會升高至 38%。

官方片單中女性導演的佔比持續升高，這是多年來的性別平權運動演變的結果。無論透過數據或作品價值，這都揭示了在當代電影當中，女性導演和女性電影專業人員的藝術和人文貢獻。這不僅只是數據上的分析結果，更是一個令人欣喜的前景：未來我們將陸續發佈短片競賽和電影基石單元的片單和統計數據，你們將會看到在年輕世代中，女性導演的身影更為耀眼奪目，也印證了我們所殷切企盼的平權時代即將來臨。

既然今年在坎城不會舉辦實體放映，也不會有傳統的影展活動，我們決定將所有的電影全部集結在同一個「官方片單」之中，而不會再另外區別他們是隸屬於「競賽」、「非競賽」、「一種注目」、「午夜放映」或「特別放映」等傳統單元。我們就將這個任務交給您：當您之後觀賞了這些作品之後，您可以自己形塑您心目中的理想「坎城2020」節目表，決定哪部作品最適合放在哪個單元之中。

同時，看在今年有許多新導演作品的情況下，您也可以自創新的單元來分類這些作品。您可以依據情感、地理、或藝術來為這些作品分門別類，這全都取決於您在今年的作品中看到了什麼－－這裡有一些名望大導，也有一些年輕新聲，有一些驚喜、罕見的電影出品國，以及紀錄片、動畫片等等。而今年更是必須提到喜劇作品們，過去我們常常感到遺憾未能納入更多的喜劇作品。

綜上所述，這個官方片單是基於期許坎城影展，今年更甚於以往，可以完成其最重要的目標而建立－－「透過展映電影作品，來宣傳電影、影人及電影專業人員，成為銀幕和普羅大眾之間的橋樑」。

我們與那些面對這個不確定的時代，仍毅然承諾將於 2021 冬季前，將電影帶進影院的導演、製片和發行商，我們一同創立了這個片單。這也就反映了我們希望可以透過官方片單，將焦點投往那些致力在年底前能夠在電影院中與觀眾見面的作品。我們過往的選片標準既是沒有明確定義的但又是顯而易見的（有時候也沒這麼明顯吧！），往往我們在選片過程中會問自己的是：「這是一部適合坎城的片嗎？」而今年我們則又加入了另一個問題：「這不正是帶領觀眾回到影院的最佳影片嗎？」

這也就成就了一個更廣泛的選片結果，特別是法國電影。除了過去坎城影展的出品國常客（美國、南韓、日本、英國）之外，今年也選入了來自更多地區的作品（保加利亞、喬治亞、剛果）。2020 官方片單的特色之一是質量兼具的強勁法國作品。每年坎城都會選 10-15 部法國作品，今年我們則有 21 部法國電影入選（比 2019 多 8 部、比 2018 多 11 部、比 2017 多 5 部）。

許多國際影展都會特別讓當地的作品有更多的曝光機會，然而這並非我們這次選片的意圖。這並不是重蹈舊有單元「法國電影觀點」的覆轍。請放心，法國電影在此並沒有特殊優待。簡言之，儘管有些知名的法國導演選擇等到明年才發佈作品，但今年我們所看到的法國作品們本身的質和量，才是導致此結果的原因。...（中略）... 最後，值得注意的是，這 21 部入選的法國電影當中，有 8 部是由女性執導（38%），且 9 部是首部長片（42%），這兩個都是極具未來性的指標。

今年，我們所有人都會懷念「坎城經驗」以及所謂的「坎城效應」：那是當一部作品在節慶宮播畢之後，所引爆的讚譽、榮耀、一陣旋風（有時是暴風）。那是這些電影尚未在其他影展和影院和全世界的觀眾見面之前，所有發生在坎城這 12 天當中的大小事物、各種豐饒的光彩和韻味加總而成的魔幻時刻。...（中略）... 看來我們得另覓他法來支持這些電影了。既然節慶宮的首映不再，那就勢必得在其他的影展或影廳直接舉辦首映了。

世界上許多其他的影展都曾向我們表達願意接納我們今年的選片，坎城影展也會在近期宣布明年秋季的運作方式。傳統上，接續坎城的一系列影展，如盧卡諾、特柳瀨得、多倫多、多維爾、聖賽巴斯汀、釜山、莫雷利亞、昂古萊姆、紐約、羅馬、里約、東京、孟買，或馬德普拉塔或甚至隔年的日舞影展，都會邀請坎城的作品去做展映。今年也會如此，並且我們會主動提供相關協助。如同去年一樣，我們會和平行單元 ACID 聯合獻映一至兩部片（ACID 和「影評人週」單元分別都會在之後公佈他們今年的片單）。最後，盧卡諾影展總監 Lili Hinstin 曾大方表示歡迎坎城電影移去他們那邊做放映（不幸的是她隨後也被迫停辦本屆影展），而聖賽巴斯汀影展總監 Jose-Luis Rebordinos 也特別決定破例為我們調整競賽規則，容許坎城片單的作品參與聖賽巴斯汀影展的競賽。非常時期、非常手段。

如同先前所公佈的，今年的坎城市場展仍會轉移到線上如期舉行。這類型的線上活動對於市場展來說是可行的，但並非我們樂見整個影展所採行的方向（我們甚至不知道這樣的影展型式，對電影版權方來說行不行得通）。目前我們非常看好市場展的參與度和買氣，更多資訊可以參考官網。

短片競賽和電影基金會學生短片競賽（Cinéfondation）的片單都會在近日陸續揭曉。由預計在明年十二月於法國上映的王家衛經典大作《花樣年華》為首的「坎城經典」單元，也會在隨後公布片單。

今日透過這些文字，我希望跟您約略分享本屆坎城的選片過程，以及在今年艱難的處境下，整個影展的籌備過程。我也要向所有協助坎城影展繼續運作的人致敬。

「千古罪人」同Sir Malcolm Rifkind嘅國際級文宣！

由前港督Lord Patten of Barnes同前英國外交大臣Hon Sir Malcolm Rifkind發起嘅國際聯署聲明，一個星期內由廿幾個國家嘅201個議員，依家聯署議員人數去到50國家728個議會政界人士！最壯觀不外乎係日本，不過唔該留意下嗰啲小國，例如科索沃、阿爾巴尼亞、立陶宛、斯洛伐克、緬甸等等小國，哪怕佢地得一兩個代表支持，但係以前人地國家出現問題，自問大家何曾理會過？睇完新聞下一秒就已經「哦，邊度黎㗎？」，然後食買玩揾錢唔記得...依家人地反而出黎支持...喂！簽個名有政治代價㗎，唔係應份！（本人自己都覺得有些少羞恥）

林俊傑JJLin真摯溫暖的曲，
邀請保加利亞 39 人編制的國家管弦樂團來擔任弦樂的演奏，
絕美的音色像微風一般吹撫過這首歌的每一個角落，
將充滿古典感的旋律與技法，
與林俊傑娓娓道來的歌聲結合，
創造出一種全新的聽覺饗宴。

搭配與一路戰友林怡鳳共同譜寫、簡單卻充滿深意的詞，
兩者互相唱和，
就像春天花開的草原一樣，灑落的陽光與細雨，
都成為情感裡這片土壤瞬息萬變的美妙時刻。

最簡單的情感是最不簡單的，
最平凡的情感中有最不凡的感動，
當時間撫過攜手一起看風吹花開日落，
每一天的珍貴故事、動人情緒，
都裝進小瓶子裡，待日後細細回味。

這首歌曲，是此張專輯扮演著起承轉合“合”的位置，
詞曲相互唱和的感動，
編曲中，
鋼琴和弦樂彷彿呼吸緊貼般相偎相依地製造出一次又一次的動容。
吉他和低音笛的細緻點綴，
仔細鋪陳每一次的起伏與段落，
整首歌聽下來充滿新意卻如此自然，
傳遞了這一首簡單卻絲毫不簡單的溫暖情歌《小瓶子》。

影像上與新銳導演胡瑞財首度合作，
導演構思如何完整的傳遞音樂的概念，
與這首歌曲在此張專輯扮演的角色：

海底下每座島嶼總是與陸地相連，

把城市當大海，對比資訊爆炸的現代，
說得不多，將小瓶子能乘載的，
給予城市中孤獨、守候、失去希望的人們，
捎來一個難得可貴的安慰與問候。

茫茫人海如此喧鬧吵雜，
唯獨安靜的，像個，散發微弱光芒的燈塔。
男孩如海浪，嚮往漂泊遠方。
女孩如港岸，靜默不曾離開。

有些片段，往往只留在某些稚嫩與純真。
風一吹，捎來的只剩記憶中，這片海與那粒沙。
