Bordeaux Cellars嚟緊會係7月28日係@Cobo House by 2am 進行珍藏波爾多葡萄酒拍賣，日前佢CEO Steven係介紹會到邊介紹有咩佳釀拍賣，邊開咗好幾支珍藏比大家品嚐，包括1976年Haut Brion、2007年Cheval Blanc、2004年Lafite、2001年E. Guigal Cote Rotie La Turque等，實在大飽口福！😍😍雖然拍賣的機會不是我的，如果你都有興趣一試這些珍藏佳釀，可參加佢拍賣會28/7嘅8道菜wine pairing 晚宴，由名廚Janice Wong主理，美酒包括Salon 2002、Coche Dury Meusault 2012、Mouton Rothschild 1986 (double magnum)、Cheval Blanc 2002及 Y'quem 1986 (magnum)，每位$3300。
Bordeaux Cellars will be hosting a private auction on rare Bordeaux wines at Cobo House by 2 am on 28 July. The CEO Stephen shared what would be shown at the auction on 28/7 & opened some rare wines to share w us, including Haut Brion 1976, Cheval Blanc 2007, Lafite 2004, E. Guigal Cote Rotie La Turque 2001, etc., it's really an awesome & lucky experience!😍😍 Although I won't have money to auction for d rare collection, if u love wines like me, u can join d auction wine pairing dinner w 8-course designed by famous chef Janice Wong to pair w 5 wines, including Salon 2002, Coche Dury Meusault 2012, Mouton Rothschild 1986 (double magnum), Cheval Blanc 2002 & Y'quem 1986 (magnum) at Cobo House for just $3300 each.
