這家在怡保經營了50年的老字號炒粉，
可説是無人不知無人不曉。不少當地老顧客和外地老饕都會前來朝聖，無論是在午餐或是晚餐時段總是人潮滿滿，這裏的炒粉讓大家都贊不絕口！目前德記已經傳承至第三代接手，他們依然堅信用心爲大家炒出最優質的炒粉。
這裏的各大招牌炒粉在用料上很講究，碟碟炒粉都鍋氣十足，也一定少不了豬油渣的點綴！他們的炒粉口感滑嫩不膩。其中的月光河，炒福建面，燜伊麵還有滑蛋河粉都是必點菜色！熱鍋出爐的月光河上還會加上一顆鷄蛋，拌匀后讓炒粉吃起更加的濕潤順口！近期他們也添加了一些新菜色，推介大家一定要嘗嘗特制的滑蛋魚麵，這些魚麵都是每天新鮮由手工製作，爽滑有嚼劲！
除了主食以外，還有熱門的小吃。清蒸的八爪魚淋上醬油葱油，吃起來口感清脆鮮美。燜鷄脚也燉煮得十分入味軟嫩，讓人一啃就停不下口。
