"WATCH WHO YOU CALL UGLY"
a phrase used often now to caption pictures of transformations in physical appearance. My question is why watch who?, why call anyone ugly in the first place? Anyone can make a change in their life whether in their appearance or mindset, it takes hard work and a lot of determination, for some ppl more than the others. Ppl have various circumstances and situations they have to deal with at different phases in their lives so it doesn't matter when one makes a change because you'll never know what changes that person has even already made in their lives. You may be in a good place now calling others ugly but if at anytime you aren't would you like anyone calling you ugly? Think about it, at the end of the day no one is ugly, we just go through different phases in our lives. I won't say some are luckier than others because even if they do not suffer externally they may have something going on internally , everyone has their own battles. Nobody is perfect, so dear world stop making it seem like we have to be. I believe that if focus on ourselves,and what we want to change for ourselves definitely there will be no room to judge others when we already have ourselves to work on.
This msg is not to offend anyone but to remind people they have a right to choose what they want in their lives and that the world has to stop imposing standards 😊

IMPORTANT (READ AND SHARE)
Most of the time when someone approaches me about their weight loss regime, my first question to them is usually "How is your regime coming along so far?"
And almost all of them answer me with " I reduced eating" "I eat much less" or "I don't eat after a certain time". They basically all tell me that they are cutting down on their food intake or starving themselves, which is not wrong because sometimes the main reason we put on weight is due to us exceeding our required calorie intake, so reducing can actually help but what we must understand FIRST is that we should know our required intake (calorie deficit) and only then can you manipulate your diet.
Almost 70% of our transformation depends on our nutrition, so if you don't know your right intake well, you won't end up getting the results you want.
STARVING DOESN'T HELP! Trust me! It really concerns me when I see some of you good souls out there try really hard up to an extent where you starve yourselves.
For example when you consume 2000 calories a day and you suddenly drop to consuming only 1000 calories a day, the only change that happens is that your body which was initially burning the 2000 calories that you consumed is now burning the 1000 calories that your consuming. Therefore, your body is not burning anything additional and hence your body weight will remain the same.
Starvingdoes not help! A proper diet and constant exercise is the only key!!!
