去唔到英國食星級米芝蓮大廚Simon Rogan，可以去佢香港海外店！試咗係Aulis Hong Kong由靚仔助理總廚Karl Steel親自主理嘅春季嘗味晚餐（$1280），我當然加咗wine pairing ($680/6杯），每道菜式都好精緻又驚喜，我最鍾意海膽魚子醬布甸、一口牛面肉紅菜頭煙熏鱔魚、同蕃茄蟹肉等，葡萄酒配搭今個月特別以女性釀酒師為主角以支持婦女節，作為女生我當然比多個like👍🏻啦！真係好好食呀！😋😋疫情下食一餐美酒佳餚令自己放鬆一下實在太快樂🐦！Cheers!🎉🥂🍷😋
Can’t go to UK to visit Michelin-starred chef Simon Rogan now, but u can visit his HK restaurant ! Tried Aulis HK new Spring menu ($1280) curated by handsome Sous Chef Karl Steel! I ordered wine pairing ($680/6 glasses) as well. Every dish is delicate & full of surprise. I like sea urchin in custard with caviar, dried beef cheek with beetroot tapioca & smoked eel, tomato with crab and many more. As for wine, they deliberately choose the wines that r made by female winemakers in celebration of women’s day. As a female, I’ll surely give them an extra 👍🏻! It’s real yummy! 😋😋 Relax a bit to enjoy great food & wine in this situation is really happy! Cheers! 🎉🥂🍷😋
