✅1 Egg
✅3 Cups Water
✅1 Tsp Sesame Oil
✅1 Cup Aged Kimchi
✅1/2 Cup Sliced Onion
✅1/2 Cup Sliced Carrot
✅2 Tbsp Chopped Garlic
✅1 Cube Knorr Ikan Bilis
✅1/2 Cup Chopped Scallions
✅1 Block Of Soft Tofu (Cubed)
✅1 Tsp Gochugaru (Korean Red Chili Flakes)
✅1 Tbsp Gochujang (Korean Hot Pepper Paste)
✅1 Chicken Thigh Or Breast Meat (Skinless, Boneless & Cut Into Bite-Sized Pieces)

𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
🔸Place Kimchi, Chicken, Garlic, Scallions, Sesame Oil, Gochujang, Gochugaru & Knorr Ikan Bilis Cube in the pot.
🔸Pour in water & bring to a boil.
🔸Reduce the heat to a simmer & cook for 5 mins.
🔸Add-In Tofu, Carrots & Onions.
🔸Continue cooking for another 5 mins, adding the egg & scallions at the very end.
🔸Serve immediately, over steaming white rice if desired.

김치볶음밥은 집에서 항상 만드는 일상요리인데요.

泡菜炒飯是在家常做的日常料理
因為常做來吃,這道可是很有自信
照我們的食譜來做,不可能不好吃
【김치볶음밥】
준비물(2인분 기준) ▸
식은밥(약 325g, 쌀 1컵), 묵은지(250g), 스팸(100g), 계란(2개), 식용유(약간), 고추장(1T), 설탕(0.5t), 참기름(0.5T), 깨(약간), 고춧가루(1t), 김(1봉지), 김치국물(약간)
cold, cooked rice(about 325g, rice 1cup), aged kimchi(250g), spam(100g), egg(2ea), cooking oil(a little), hot pepper paste(1T), sugar(0.5t), sesame oil(0.5T), sesame(a little), chili powder(1t), dried seaweed(1bag), kimchi juice(a little)
조리순서 ▸
김치볶음밥
① 스팸을 깍둑 썰고 김치를 1cm폭으로 썰기
② 식용유 조금만 두르고 스팸부터 볶은 후 김치 볶아주기
③ 식은밥 넣고 잘 분리시키고 볶은 후 양념들 넣어 볶아주기
④ 계란반숙프라이 만들어서 김볶 위에 올리고 김 뽀사서 넣어주기
⑤ 마지막에 참기름과 깨를 조금 더 뿌리기
식재료 비용 ▸ 총 1,000원 미만(김치랑 스팸은 공짜로 얻었음)
材料(2人份) ▸
冷飯(約325g、1杯米)、老泡菜(250g)、午餐肉(100g)、雞蛋(2顆)、食用油(少許)、辣椒醬(1T)、糖(0.5t)、麻油(0.5T)、芝麻(少許)、辣椒粉(1t)、海苔(1小包)、泡菜汁(少許)
料理順序 ▸
① 將午餐肉切成小方塊,泡菜切成寬1cm細長條
② 倒一點食用油,先炒午餐肉再炒泡菜
③ 將冷飯均勻分開炒拌後,放入醬料一起炒
④ 煎半熟荷包蛋放至泡菜炒飯上,剪一些海苔撒上
⑤ 最後再淋一點麻油和芝麻
食材費用 ▸ 一共1,000韓元左右(約台幣25元,泡菜和午餐肉免費取得)

材料 :
2片洗過的泡菜,吞拿魚罐頭100g,蛋黃醬60g,白飯100g,紫蘇油,芝麻
1.將60克蛋黃醬添加到100克吞拿魚罐頭中並混合。
2.攤開2片洗過的泡菜,然後在上面撒上100克大米。
3.將吞拿魚蛋黃醬放在白飯上,像紫菜包飯一樣滾動。
4.在泡菜上塗抹紫蘇油,將其切成易於食用的大小,然後撒上芝麻即可!

連飯鍋吃下去都吃不飽
讓你迅速準確地放棄迎接夏天的減肥...
材料 :
五花肉,鯷魚10g ,一大把大蔥
- 調料醬:醬油2大勺,辣椒粉2大勺,白糖1大勺,蒜末1大勺,蝦醬1大勺
1. 在碗中放入2大勺醬油,2大勺辣椒粉,1大勺白糖,1大勺蒜末,1大勺蝦醬攪拌均勻。
2. 在鍋中放入10g水和鯷魚煮沸,待肉湯泡出後取出鯷魚。
3. 在肉湯裏放調料醬。
4. 在鍋裏放入半塊熟食和五花肉,煮40分鐘以上。
5. 肉熟後放入大蔥,再煮一會兒後,完成!
