Today is a good day to remember! Clocked a total of 433 Floors in Training 😆
Triple Sessions, started my day with a 218 floors of training in the morning at my friend's condo with training partner @cskent_mastowerrunner
Making some arrangements on the meetings for tomorrow and replying email and writing email. Had a short nap. Then had lunch with Prof Lewis and gain a lots of insights, which might be able to improve my performance.
Followed by a cryotherapy at @rev_cryo and a weight training session in the late afternoon from 3-4pm at @revmalaysia with my trainer @ronaldsim_edu
Then head to another friend's condo, thanks @runlorna for fetching me back to UM after the session. Had another solid session of 215 floors. It's an progressive acceleration training.
Had dinner in UM and now is time to sleep. Tomorrow will be another full day with training, meetings, coaching and training!
