总值1500亿令吉的经济复苏及保障人民配套(PEMULIH)到底有哪些重点?
✍🏻发放冠病特别援助金(BKC)
✅赤贫家庭:8月、11月及12月,可分别领取RM500、RM500及RM300;单身者可在8月及11月,领取RM200及RM300;
✅B40家庭:8月及12月,可分别领取RM500及RM300, 单身者可在8月领取RM200;
✅M40家庭:8月可领取RM250;单身者可在8月领取RM100。
✍🏻明天起分阶段发放RM500人民关怀援助金(BPR)。
✍🏻工资补贴计划4.0(PSU4.0)不再设工资限制,雇主也可为工资超过RM4000的雇员申请。 政府将替雇主承担每名员工RM600的薪资为期4个月,员工上限可达500人。其中2个月是在国家复苏计划第二阶段,2个月是在第三阶段。
✍🏻在获得银行的合作下,所有收入群体的个人和微型企业借贷者,在无需任何条件下可自动获得暂缓还贷6个月。
✍🏻失业人士可在10月份获得一次性RM500援助金。
✍🏻没有工作、没有领取伤残员工津贴的残疾人士(OKU)将获得RM500经济援助长达3个月。
✍🏻符合资格的微型及中小企业可在关怀特别援助金4.0(GKP4.0)下获得RM1000。首RM500于9月发放,RM500于今年11月发放。
✍🏻电费今年不调涨,家庭、商业及工业用户将继续享有电费折扣优惠。
✅每个月用电量低于200kWh的用户将有每月40%电费折扣。
✅用电量介于201kWh至300kWh的用户可享有15%电费折扣。
✍🏻公积金会员可透过i-Citra,每个月提取RM1000公积金存款,为期5个月。民众可自7月15日起,通过icitra.kwsp.gov.my申请,首笔款项估计将于8月汇入会员户头。
✍🏻身障人士和乐龄人士可获得RM30车资,前往疫苗接种中心接种疫苗。
✍🏻国内主要电讯公司将延长1GB免费网络流量的措施至12月31日。
✍🏻学校食堂业者可获RM1000援助金。
✍🏻注册托儿所(taska)和幼儿园(Tadika)可获一次性RM3000援助金。
✍🏻体育领域业者(如经营健身房、保龄球场及室内足球场),可获一次性RM3000援助金。
✍🏻无法在MCO期间营运的雇主,将获得人力资源发展公司(HRD Corp)自动豁免两个月的外劳人头税。
✍🏻超过5300家注册旅行社可获得一次性RM3000援助金(在国家复苏计划进入第三阶段时)。
✍🏻1万4000名医护前线人员的特别津贴,从RM200提高至RM600。疫苗支持志愿者计划(MyVAC)津贴从每日RM50提高至RM100。
✍🏻批准政府教育贷款者暂缓还贷,包括国家高等教育基金(PTPTN)、公共服务局(JPA)、玛拉人民信托局(MARA)和技职发展基金机构(PTPK),暂缓还贷期限介于3个月至6个月之间。
✍🏻拨款1亿令吉,为8000名艺术工作者提供贷款便利和财务援助。

Having said that, it doesn't mean the workout do not work. You will still see results by following a suitable program schedule, watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. These are all equally important factors. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different. I've explain multiple times throughout videos throughout my channel over years that it takes time and lots of factors, so don't take a video title out of context. Targetting fat loss is not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time.
When doing any home workouts, do take precaution to exercise in a safe environment, and if you need help or you're not seeing results, I suggest seeing a health and fitness professional to give you tailored advice on your exercise form and dietary needs. I am not a medical professional and what I share on my channel are my views and what has worked for myself. Your health and safety is the utmost importance so find out what works for you.
