When we look at what skin aging actually is, it is a slowing down of circulation of blood, which slows down the circulation of nutrient-rich blood and draining lymph nodes, that eventually leads to sluggish skincell turnover.

Ever since I discovered what wonders facial fascia manipulation can do to my skin. I've started massaging my face more often. Not only #GuaSha has helped reshape my face, I've learned that I could clear/unblock my sinuses by applying pressures too.

When we release tension and restore optimal circulation, deep lines can soften, skin becomes rosy and plump again! Wearing a face mask has become part of our daily routine.
Unfortunately for some people, they develop breakouts from wearing a mask. This condition, known as "maskne" (mask acne), is a common side effect of using a mask.
#Maskne doesn’t simply cause pimples, though. It may also result in skin issues including redness, bumpiness, and irritation.
I've adopted many babies with this annoying condition in the last couple of months, one of them is actually my 20 yr old nephew. It's so rewarding to see them recovering! I love being a #SkinMom !!

These two are model babies, coz they followed the instructions of the skincare routine I taught them.
