You showed me an exercise where you kind of went up chromatically with a specific finger pattern, you remember? Would you mind sending me a sheet for that? You told me that you have one. Other than that, this is my summary from yesterday’s lesson:
Amplification
Tilt your amp slightly so you hear yourself properly
Set it up properly so it cuts through the mix (Bass 4, Mids 6, Treble 😎
Kemper Amp is good for a variety of sounds but a tube amp is good for your sound
Overdrive Pedals
It’s good to have two OD pedals with two different gauges of gain
Pedal Distortion is more convenient and easier to set up because of volume issues
Good Pedals don’t change the general tone of your guitar and your playing but add gain and embrace the overtones
Being depressed/ unmotivated
„When you have to go to bed but you’re not tired, you have two options: Either you wait and you will eventually get tired, or you go to bed and see what happens…“ Keep in mind that playing guitar is your job!
Practice simple/ foundational things like groove and timing/ things that will get you in the mood
When you’re not able to develop the feel for it, practice purely technical stuff
Practice
Have a set list of things you always do like bending, rhythm, timing, groove, etc…
Dynamics
If 100% is the peak of your volume you might turn the volume down just a little. But from there it’s possible to play softer and expand the dynamic range in the lower register.
Practice different patterns or lines with different dynamics

You only need 3-4 different lines that you expand upon.
Take one line and try to squeeze the most amount of potential out of it
Practice the same line in all keys

「#質疑一件你深信不疑的事實絕對不是一件容易的挑戰，然而，這絕對是值得且必要的嘗試。」
紙張是最貼近日常生活的材料之一，使我們對紙張有著一個既定的形象，她必需是平坦的、擁有無暇表面的那般存在，同時普遍認為水會對紙產生威脅、破壞無暇的紙性，因此存在著「紙張與水必須被分開」的既定觀念。而對藝術家高寶惠來說，水並不是紙的宿敵；相反的，當水與紙結合時，水會誘發紙張起皺，紙張風乾後因為皺褶生成的結構力而強壯。若我們仍然堅持水與紙之間的安全距離，那麼紙終究只是一張用來書寫的紙，也會錯失其中潛藏的美感與可能性。
“One of the most painful things I know,” says Pao-Hui KAO, “is having to doubt what you’ve always deeply believed in.” Questioning your beliefs is difficult, but Kao has found it necessary and ultimately fruitful. Choosing as a metaphor to illustrate her conviction, Kao has investigated what happens when you take a different approach to things you take for granted.
Water is considered a danger to paper. However, when it absorbs water, the paper’s inner structure is reinforced. The water interferes with and rearranges the flat net of paper fibers. It turns an ordinary piece of paper into a material with extraordinary capabilities and a unique aesthetic. Pao-Hui KAO wants us to reflect on the transformative power of this approach. If an old enemy – water – can transform a weak sheet of paper into a strong material, fit for construction, just think what could happen to our preconceived ideas in the real world…

在籌備自然而然國際工藝展的過程中，纖維的展區想要邀請現在居住在荷蘭的朋友高寶惠的皺紙計畫作品，纖細脆弱的紙材透過遇水起皺產生數倍的力量，而且成品依然保有輕盈纖細的氣質，很有意思，是想要在展覽中介紹給大家的作品之一。
因為這系列作品尺寸龐大，雖然高寶惠表示也能做小件的，但量體大的話，特別能表現與紙張印象的反差感，特別有驚喜，所以還是想要展大件的，拿到國際運費的報價之後貴得嚇人，幾經評估之後，我們決定直接付機票將高寶惠的肉身運回台灣，她直接到臺東現地生產。
市區的太麻里咖啡也提供店內空間，響應這次的臺東設計展，這個空間過去是廢棄的日式警察宿舍，覺得很有意思，就把這裡也交給高寶惠來做空間創作，後來我們找到臺東新生國中的美術班合作，幾個小女生對高寶惠的作品有興趣，於是促成了高寶惠帶著這群小女生一起創作的暑假故事。
「一開始她們都會擔心自己做得不漂亮，不夠圓、不夠直、有破洞，給自己很多壓力，可是這個計劃應該是自在、開心的，不需要那麼緊張兮兮呀。」
和這位大姐姐多相處一陣子之後，她們才逐漸熟悉，變得放鬆下來，開始開心地享受過程，不再小心翼翼。她們一起到太麻里海邊，以海水為墨，在紙張上留下細緻的紋理，再用撿拾到的漂流木和各種材料作為胎體來翻製，邊做邊玩，沿著東海岸四處製作，一天一天，竟然也就過了將近一個月。
皺紙計畫在臺東，這次的材料有臺東的米、海水、空氣、陽光，這是阿寶獻給臺東的作品，也是這群臺東女孩意想不到的暑假作業。

Last couple of days I asked fans on Facebook what do you want me to play if I decide to do a full album cover, and many of you request "Walpurgis" from Aimer. And it happens to be my favorite album recently. I've already made videos for a few of them, such as "Haru wa Yuku", "Torches", and "SPARK-AGAIN". The first time I decided to buy this album was after watching the introduction of "地球儀" by @KAZBOM . It was soooo good. And my favorite song from this album would easily be "marie". It's a song full of soul. I hope you like my cover.

พิซซ่าบางกรอบแบบประยุกต์โดยใช้แป้งตอร์ติยาสไตล์เม็กซิกันทาเนยบางๆ จี่ให้กรอบบนกระทะ ปาดหน้าด้วยครีมช็อกโกแลตข้นๆ ตกแต่งด้วยมาร์ชเมลโลวและกล้วยคาราเมล
แป้งตอร์ติยา 8 นิ้ว 2 แผ่น
เนย 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ
มินิมาร์ชเมลโลว 75 กรัม
กาแฟเข้มข้น 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ
นมสด 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ
ช็อกโกแลตชิพ 90 กรัม
กล้วยหอม 2 ผล
น้ำตาลทราย สำหรับเสิร์ฟ
มินิมาร์ชเมลโลว สำหรับตกแต่ง
1. ทาเนยบางๆ บนแป้งตอร์ติยา นำไปจี่บนกระทะด้วยไฟกลาง พลิกไปมาเป็นครั้งคราว จนแป้งกรอบดี นำออกมาพักไว้
2. นำมาร์ชเมลโลว กาแฟ และนมสดใส่หม้อตั้งไฟ คนให้พอละลาย ใส่ช็อกโกแลตลงไป คนต่อจนส่วนผสมละลายดี นำออกจากหม้อ พักให้คลายร้อนเล็กน้อย ปาดส่วนผสมลงบนแผ่นแป้ง ทิ้งขอบประมาณ 1 เซนติเมตร
3. เปิดเตาอบโปรแกรมย่างไฟบน
4. หั่นกล้วยเป็นแว่นๆ โรยน้ำตาลให้ทั่วดี จัดเรียงให้ทั่วหน้าพิซซ่า พร้อมด้วยมินิมาร์ชเมลโลว นำเข้าเตาอบย่างจนมาร์ชเมลโลวเริ่มมีสีน้ำตาลอ่อนๆ และน้ำตาลบนกล้วยละลายดี ตัดเป็นชิ้นขนาดตามที่ต้องการเพื่อรับประทานทันที
Caramelized Banana & Chocolate Pizza
What happens when a pizza and chocolate make sweet love? This recipe happened, with an extra touch from banana and marshmallow to make it much better.
8-inch Tortilla 2 sheets
Butter 2 tbsp
Mini Marshmallow 75 g
Coffee 2 tbsp
Milk 2 tbsp
Chocolate chip 90 g
Banana 2
Sugar for serving
Mini Marshmallow garnish
1. Preheat oven to broiler setting. Spread the tortilla with butter and heat in the pan, occasionally flip until crispy. set aside
2. Add marshmallow, coffee and milk into the pot, melt everything over medium heat then add chocolate chips, stir to mix thoroughly and remove from the heat. Leave the chocolate to cool slightly before spreading the sauce over tortilla sheet, leaving 1 cm. from the edge.
3. Thinly slice the banana, sprinkle sugar on top and place it on the pizza with marshmallow. Cook in the oven until marshmallow and banana started to turn brown and serve.
