• positioned below the navel
A blocked or unbalanced Svadhisthana might let us feel guilty, lack of creativity, fear of change, emotionally isolated, jealous, becoming needy and clingy or physical problems with the lower digestive system, reproductive disorders, etc.
A balanced Svadhisthana with the energies flowing freely, let our bodies move gracefully, able to express ourselves and creativity in our lives freely, let us build healthy boundaries and relationships, have the ability to take risks and have fun.

Opening, expanding and lengthening up my body is the most difficult part in yoga, I can feel that my body is not flexible enough yet. While I’m doing Upavista Konasana variant (Wide Angle Seated Forward Bend), I can feel the pain of my muscle very much 😖OUCH! It feels like tearing apart. Really hurt, no joke! You can watch my expression in the video. Sigh!
However, last but not least this posture is to push me to the next level up of lengthening my calf muscle and hamstrings, while opening my rib cage and hips. Phew... what a tough day! Practice more asana and maintain stability well on my body in the next stage 💪🏻

Tadasana/Mountain pose
~ adding fun: close your eyes ? and try not to wobble
Downward facing dog
~ adding fun: walking the dog ?(alternate heels up)
Plank
~ adding fun: forearm plank and rock front and back
Triangle
~ adding fun: close your eyes ? and try not to wobble
Tree
~ adding fun: close your eyes ? and try not to wobble
Warrior 1
~ adding fun: adding a mini back bend with cactus ? arms
Warrior 2
~ adding fun: core work - shift the upper body front and back, no change in the lower body
Seated forward fold
Bridge
~ adding fun: push hips higher, come up and down
Child’s pose
~adding fun: move side to side and place forehead down and massage the forehead by rolling the head side to side
In no particular order, these postures are great for a restorative, awareness, engaged muscles poses.
