Episode 4: In this installment, the MMA contenders are assessed on their Brazilian Jiu Jitsu skills when they face off against each other on the mats, and then all of the Tryout contestants have their endurance pushed to the limit in a race up to the top of Big Buddha mountain!

ANNOUNCEMENT: We are excited to share the news that we will soon have Eric Uresk joining us as Co-Head MMA Coach/Head Wrestling Coach!
A high level Greco-Roman wrestler, Eric also holds black belts in both Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Judo, and has 11 years experience as a professional MMA fighter.
Since retiring from fighting in 2014 Eric has coached at the highest level around the world, working with fighters such as Dominic Cruz, Brendan Loughnane, Ross Pearson, Jeremy Stephens, Movsar Evloev, Angela Hill and Jingnan Xiong.
Eric is extremely passionate about helping people of all levels improve their grappling and MMA skills, from complete beginners to world champions.
Arriving in mid-August , we look forward to having Eric join the top class coaching team here at Tiger Muay Thai!

Topnoi Tigermuaythai 🇹🇭 and Javad Bigdeli 🇮🇷 spar together in the afternoon MMA session here at Tiger Muay Thai, which runs every Monday-Friday at 3pm.
Formerly a top ranked Muay Thai fighter, Topnoi is now 7-3 in MMA fighting in big organizations such as RIZIN and UAE Warriors, and is coming off a big win over BJJ black belt Isaac Pimentel in September.
Javad is a veteran Muay Thai fighter, who is now training hard in BJJ and wrestling as he looks to also make the switch to MMA competition.
Our MMA classes are held every Monday-Friday at 3pm, and go over all the aspects of MMA: stand up striking, grappling, takedowns, groundwork and submissions. Come and join us to train alongside our team including people of all levels, from complete beginners to UFC and ONE Championship fighters!
