美心是全香港最大的飲食集團，但旗下超過70多家酒樓，卻仍然供應魚翅。
Maxim's is Hong Kong's largest restaurant group, with over 70 outlets in the city still serving shark fin soup.
美心集團一直拒絕在旗下酒樓提供的套餐內停售魚翅。此舉無疑等於他們漠視香港人的意願。大部分港人均已經認同魚翅是一種殘酷和不可持續的傳統飲食，因此應該拒絕進食。
Maxim's has been resisting calls to drop shark fin soup from its set menus. They are ignoring the will of many good Hong Kong people who are against this cruel and unsustainable tradition.
美心聲稱他們只供應來自大青鯊 (Blue Shark) 的魚翅。最新的科學數據指出，由於過度捕撈，世界各地的大青鯊種群數目正在大幅減少。
They claim they only serve shark fin soup made from blue sharks, but according to recent scientific evidence, blue shark populations around the world are being wiped out by greedy overfishing.
難度美心要等到大青鯊從此在世上消失絕種後，無可挽救時才肯承認自己的問題嗎？
Is Maxim's going to wait until blue sharks go extinct before it admits that there is a problem?
美心有絕對的責任，立即停止於旗下所有酒樓食肆內供應任何魚翅 - 特別是在套餐中，以拯救瀕危鯊魚，守護海洋生態。
Maxim's has a firm responsibility to end this practice to save sharks and the marine environment by immediately removing shark fin from all its menus, especially its set menus.
作為消費者的我們有責任停止食用魚翅，同樣地，所有酒樓如美心等亦有責任停止供應魚翅。
Just as Hong Kong consumers have a responsibility to stop eating shark fin, restaurant groups like Maxim's also have an equal responsibility to stop selling it.
就是基於這個原因，我們將在2017年6月10日下午1時，於中環美心皇宮酒樓外作出請願抗議。
These are the reasons why we will protest outside Maxim's flagship restaurant at City Hall in Hong Kong's Central District at 1pm on 10 June 2017.
