Rendang is an important part of Malaysian food scene. We have so many ways of preparing it and every family has their own recipe too.

The Croque Madame is usually a highlight in any French café.

But I am giving you my Malaysian version and using Mission Wraps and our adored Nasi Lemak theme, I think my Croque Makcik is “lagi best!”.

DAGING SALAI

Everytime I make Daging Salai, I always save some to make a sandwich later.

Here, for the #LikeBreadButBetter campaign I am using Mission Naan to make you my version of the torta sandwich using local ingredients.
