台濼物聯網系統 打造智慧家庭

科技進步帶動物聯網時代來臨，SIGMU集團中興保全旗下的台濼控制工程公司開發出可客製化符合智慧家庭需求的物聯網系統。
台濼公司總經理龔書玄表示，隨著科技不斷進步讓所有事務藉由網路連結更便利，舉例而言日常生活中很多人都有早上趕著出門，但在上班途中驚覺到家中瓦斯沒關？電燈沒關？冷氣沒關？這些潛在的下意識憂慮只要家中有了一套物聯網系統便能解決，除此使用者可透過手機控制各種家電，回到家前透過手機APP先開啟冷暖氣，或使用即時監視器查看家中情況，另也可結合保全系統，當家中發生異常侵入會自動發送通知到使用者手機，並將異常狀況進行影像錄製，這些功能大幅提升生活便利性，台濼的控制系統便是物聯網趨勢的設計。
龔書玄指出，台濼的研發著重在燈光控制，此套系統優勢有別於傳統LED燈具，例如要調整光源明暗時，傳統燈具需使用各家業者自行提供的調光控制器，公司研發的LED無線調光控制器可控制市面上大多數LED燈具，能進行0～100％調光，相容性高且調光效果媲美歐美大廠動輒數10萬的大型系統，此外一個調光控制器最多可控制30顆LED燈泡，為客戶節省更多支出並縮短安裝時間。
龔總經理強調，由於完善的智慧家庭系統被一般人認知應相當昂貴，但該公司研發的這套物聯網系統，可用便宜的價格達到相同的功能，再加上搭配無線化技術，即便是已裝潢好的房子都可很容易安裝(不需破壞裝潢)，讓每個家庭都可輕鬆體驗物聯網方便性，除此更值得一提的是，為了讓民眾親身體驗、實地感受後再決定購買，台濼公司已在台北市鄭州路139號1樓斥資設立了實境展示中心，展示研發的室內、視聽燈光控制、自動窗簾等，另也設立了所代理的世界最知名燈光控制品牌美國「LUTRON」專區，龔總強調，非常歡迎各地民眾親自到現場體驗物聯網智慧家庭的優質生活。洽詢電話：(02)77328899。

Our Master Suite focuses on comfort and relaxation...and 2 badass walk in closets! The episode focuses on why I made the choices I did in terms of room sizing and layouts, and how we got it all to come together + one VERY annoying master bedroom door.
NOTE: I don’t cover this in the episode, but wanted to share this tip for first floor bedrooms… I framed the ceiling down in the master because I had such high ceilings to begin with. This allowed me to separate the ceiling structure from the floor structure above thereby eliminating vibration (the number one thing that causes sound transfer in a home) from above. I used Rockwool Safe N Sound in the floor structure, then an air gap, then Safe N Sound again in the master ceiling…you can basically have a party upstairs and someone can still sleep soundly in the bedroom.

There was no way I was NOT going to integrate a fire pole back into this project! My home office is my only office, so I wanted this space to evoke creative inspiration, be efficient and have great natural light (my office at the loft had no windows!). The garage has a massive door on it and it was super important to get that right because I wanted to respect the history of this building. And the ability to leave for meetings by sliding down a fire pole checks every childhood dream.
