白天教銜接課孩子煎煮炒炸各式料理的英文怎麼說,
晚上要煮飯給孩子吃,
還要做造型勒!
我參考書籍做了「敷泥面膜的金髮美女」,
孩子做了「戴蛋花髮飾而且頭上裝飾地花枝招展的女孩」+「各式造型人」,
爸爸則是「戴眼鏡留馬桶蓋髮型的小瓜呆」,
再搭配其他菜色,煮得我全身是汗💦💦💦

煮粉絲湯,首先要了解粉絲質量,
大多數粉絲,越浸越脹,人齊先好
煮及上枱,太早煮好又未開始食
粉絲失去彈牙感覺,又脹又頂胃
紫菜粉絲豆腐湯:
材料:
綠豆粉絲250克
軟豆腐1磚
蝦皮100克
紫菜1餅
墨魚丸6粒
薑4片
調味料:
雞粉1量匙
處理:
1. 紫菜沖洗乾淨。
2. 煲滾水將綠豆粉絲出水至軟身,用凍水沖乾淨。
烹調:
1. 要幾多碗湯,就放幾多碗水落鑊。
2. 順序放:
a. 薑片
b. 豆腐(切粒)
c. 1量匙香菇粉
d. 墨魚丸
e. 粉絲
f. 紫菜
3. 所有材料煮滾後,上碟,放上蝦皮,即成。
Ingredients:
Mung bean 250g
vermicelli
Tofu (soft) 1 cube
Shrimp bran 100g
Seaweed 1 pc
Cuttlefish ball 6 Nos.
Ginger 4 slices
Seasoning:
Chicken 1 measure
powder spoon
Preparation:
1. Rinse the seaweed with tap water thoroughly.
2. Boil the mung bean vermicelli in hot water until it is soft enough, rinse with tap water.
Steps:
1. Put 1 bowl of water per each person into the wok.
2. Put the following ingredients in
order:
a. Ginger slices
b. Tofu cubes
c. 1 tsp mushroom
powder
d. Cuttlefish balls
e. Mung bean
vermicelli
f. Seaweed
3. Cook all the ingredients in the water until it is boiled up. Serve after shrimp bran has been placed on top.

今日は、厚揚げで作れる簡単な一品『青海苔バターチーズめんつゆ厚揚げ』を作りました!
バターめんつゆに青海苔が絡まると間違いない美味しさに!!仕上げに粉チーズをふるとさらなる美味しさに!!

めんつゆ(4倍濃縮) 小さじ1

【Atsuage seaweed mentsuyu butter】
Today, I made a simple dish "Atsuage seaweed mentsuyu butter" that can be made with Atsuage!
If the butter noodle soup is entwined with green laver, it will definitely be delicious! !! Sprinkle grated cheese on the finish to make it even more delicious! !!
Please feel free to try it not only as a snack for sake, but also when you want another dish or as a side dish for lunch.

Have been cooking a little bit more since moving into our new home, so I thought I'll share some of the stuff that I've been cooking with you guys. Sorry for the actual lack of measurements as I cook without a recipe usually. It is also my first time cooking some of the recipes (like the prawn noodles) but I'm glad they all turned out delicious.

紫菜豆腐帶子羹:
材料:
家樂牌純鮮清雞湯1盒
紫菜1餅
軟豆腐1磚
急凍帶子(細)30粒
杞子20粒
處理:
1. 紫菜,清水浸5分鐘,去沙泥。
2. 急凍帶子解凍後,沖乾淨。
3. 杞子,清水浸2分鐘,去塵埃。
4. 豆腐切幼絲。
5. 紫菜已浸水5分鐘,沖洗乾淨。
6. 煲一煲滾水,灼熟帶子,撈起,放碗中。
7. 杞子,灼一灼滾水,備用。
8. 紫菜,滾透,擎乾水,備用。
9. 用清雞湯100毫升,開一個生粉芡。
烹調:
1. 煲滾清雞湯。
2. 放豆腐絲。
3. 滾起後,逐少逐少加入生粉芡。
4. 倒入大碗中。
5. 豆腐羹,一半表面放上紫菜,在紫菜上面放上帶子。
6. 另一半表面,放上杞子,完成。
Tofu thick soup with seaweed and scallops:
Ingredients:
Knorr fresh chicken broth 1 box
Laver in sheet 1 No.
Soft tofu 1 cube
Frozen scallops (small) 30 Nos.
Wolf berries 20 Nos.
Preparation:
1. Laver in sheet, soak in tap water for 5 minutes removing impurities.
2. Defrost frozen scallops, rinse thoroughly.
3. Soak wolf berries for 2 minutes removing dust on surface.
4. Thinly slice tofu.
5. Laver in sheet, has already been soaked for 5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.
6. Boil up a pot of water, cook well scallops, pick up and put into a bowl.
7. Wolf berries, soak in boiled~up water for 5 seconds. Put in a bowl.
8. Laver in sheet, boil well, hang dry. Put in a bowl.
9. Prepare a tapioca sauce with 100ml chicken broth.
Steps:
1. Boil up chicken broth.
2. Put shredded tofu.
3. Put tapioca sauce slowly after boils up.
4. Pour the thick soup into a big bowl.
5. Tofu thick soup, half of surface area is to be put laver, then put scallops on top of laver.
6. Another half of surface area, put wolf berries. Serve.
