Jet Airways, you got "signature of Indian hospitality"? That's the biggest joke I've ever heard. I got bunch of Indian friends, so that I know how unprofessional and terrible your service is. Missing bag service center hotline always busy? I flew from Delhi to Bengaluru yesterday and my bag was missed. After checking with your representatives at the airport you said the bag would be sent to my hotel the next day in the morning around 9 a.m., and it didn't. I called and the answer was "due to some issues, the bag is still in Delhi and need 1 - 2 hours to confirm when it can be sent to Bengaluru". Your service center promised to call me back in 2 hours, and they didn't. In the afternoon till night I made more than 5 calls and every time I got a different confirmed time, from 8 to 9 to 10. At 10:30 p.m. I made my final call and you said "because it's late night delivery, your bag will be arrived around 11:30 p.m. at your hotel." Buddy, I'm an often business traveler and this is the most ridiculous experience I've ever had. I'm leaving India tomorrow and it's late night and the bag is still not with me. How can people trust you, or should we spread your awesome reputation in the industry so no one feels like booking your flight? Not to metnion last time when I checked in in Mumbai you told me you oversold tickets so I gotta take next flight. After yelling at you at the check-in counter I all of a sudden got a seat. Duck you untrustworty company.
