Bekas penjawat awam ini, kini mampu bina bisnes berjaya hingga mencapai RM500 ribu setahun hanya dari ceruk dapur rumahnya sendiri. Puan Siti Noor Sabrina binti Sobri adalah Founder kepada Mamasab Bakery yang kini telah pun mempunyai enam rangkaian cawangan bakerinya sendiri.

Perjalanan Puan Sabrina atau mesra dikenali sebagai Mamasab ini bermula dengan program RichWorks, Intensif Magnet Kekayaan dan Kejayaan pada November (IMKK) pada tahun 2016. Setelah hadir ke program itu, Puan Sabrina terus mendaftarkan diri untuk program Titanium dan diterima pada Februari 2017.

Puan Sabrina akui setelah hadir ke program RichWorks terutamanya Program Millionaire Marketing Mastery, beliau bina keberanian beliau untuk mengambil staf dan buka kedai.

Keputusan beliau sering dipersoalkan oleh rakan-rakan ‘home-baker’ beliau kerana mereka melihatnya sebagai membina pesaing sendiri kepada bisnes bakerinya. Tapi Puan Sabrina lantas menjelaskan bahawa keberaniannya adalah kerana beliau ada ilmu bagaimana untuk bina bisnes berjaya.

Pada 2019, jualan Mamasab Bakery meningkat sebanyak 183.79% berbanding 2018 iaitu RM5.1 juta pada 2018 kepada RM14.7 juta pada 2019.

Ditanya bagaimana beliau menguruskan cawangan bisnesnya, Puan Sabrina berkata beliau melantik stokis untuk menjadi ‘mini founder’ bagi menguruskan cawangannya seperti dibimbing oleh MenThor Dr Azizan Osman. Puan Sabrina juga kenal pasti orang yang betul untuk kerja yang betul. Ini sebenarnya tak mudah kerana ianya memerlukan latihan berterusan dan komunikasi serta bimbingan yang betul.

Beliau ada checklist untuk karakter yang beliau mahukan dan beliau tahu bukan semua stokis beliau layak menjadi outlet manager. Beliau memilih manager cawangan bisnes dari kalangan stokisnya sendiri kerana beliau tahu nilai setiap seorang dan bagaimana beliau boleh bantu mereka mencapai impian mereka dan seterusnya membantu mencapai misi dan visi syarikat.

Tambah menarik, Puan Sabrina akui beliau bukanlah seorang founder yang masuk ke pejabat. Beliau kerap mengingatkan co-founder beliau tugasnya untuk bagi perhatian dan latih orang yang bawa masuk keuntungan kepada syarikat iaitu stokis dan ejen. Dan bila bisnes ada duit yang banyak, secara tidak langsung akan menarik orang yang bagus untuk datang bekerja dengan Mamasab Bakery.

Terkini, seorang kakitangan baru Mamasab berkelulusan daripada Amerika Syarikat. Apabila ditanya kenapa beliau memilih untuk menjadi kakitangan Mamasab Bakery sedangkan lebih banyak syarikat besar di luar sana, kakitangan itu berkata Mamasab Bakery telah dinobatkan dengan Nona Best Growing F&B Business Awards 2018 jadi mengapa tidak untuk beliau berkhidmat di Mamasab Bakery.

Selain itu, Mamasab Bakery sering menerima permohonan bekerja daripada pengurus syarikat yang besar-besar yang berminat untuk berkhidmat di Mamasab Bakery. Kesimpulannya, jika kita bina brand yang bagus, company juga akan turut buat duit dan tarik orang yang bagus untuk bekerja.

Memetik kata Dr Azizan Osman, “Kita tidak perlu menjadi bijak, hanya perlu lantik orang yang bijak untuk bina bisnes kita dan pastikan mereka boleh align dengan misi dan visi bisnes anda.”
