Slings筋膜訓練® （Slings Myofascial Training®） 是創辦者 Karin Gurtner 根據肌筋膜的特性 （fascia qualities），和以 Thomas W. Myer 的 “解剖列車” （Anatomy Trains）的12 個肌筋膜線 (myofascial meridians) 為主而研發的練習。
