Many great things can happen even during difficult and trying times. The cocooning period before the caterpillar becomes a butterfly is necessary for that beautiful transformation. Never let this moment of isolation or restriction hinder your progress - be it physically, mentally or financially. When there's a WILL there always be WAYS!

Kepentingan Sokongan Bipartisan Bagi Meningkatkan Keyakinan Vaksin dan Melindungi Rakyat
Saya mengambil maklum kenyataan yang dikeluarkan semalam oleh Menteri Penyelaras PICK berkenaan kehadiran saya serta anggota PAC lainnya dalam prosiding bersama JKJAV pada 5 Januari 2021.
Saya mengesahkan pendirian PAC - terdiri daripada keanggotaan dwipartisan, yang berpuas hati dengan penjelasan JKJAV - MOSTI, MOH dan KP MOH berkait proses perolehan vaksin Covid-19; harga dan jadual penghantaran.

Sedang Malaysia berdepan dengan serangan pandemik yang amat mengesankan kepada sistem kesihatan, sosio-ekonomi dan kesejahteraan rakyat - tumpuan kita perlu menjurus kepada perlindungan beserta kebajikan rakyat.
Mencapai imuniti kelompok sehingga 80 peratus adalah salah satu tiang seri utama dalam melindungi kita semua dan mengembalikan ekonomi Malaysia ke arah tuju yang lebih positif.
Namun, permulaan yang baik menerusi sesi PAC bersama JKJAV sewajibnya diteruskan menerusi sidang Parlimen yang dibuka serta merta. Dewan Rakyat adalah medan semak imbang pihak eksekutif; tempat berlangsungnya penggubalan undang-undang bagi melindungi hak rakyat, dan perbahasan isu-isu kritikal ; bukannya semata-mata pertarungan membuang undi.
Secara khusus, prosiding PAC serta sidang Parlimen secara amnya perlu diteruskan dalam usaha kita memberi sepenuh dokongan kepada Program Imunisasi Covid-19 Kebangsaan (PICK) dan bukannya bertikam lidah sementara wujud segelintir rakyat yang masih berbelah bahagi untuk menerima vaksin dengan kemunculan pelbagai kumpulan anti vaksin yang pesat di media sosial.
Pembukaan Dewan Rakyat juga mampu memperkukuh gandingan strategik merentasi parti, pihak berkepentingan, dan pelbagai segmen masyarakat dalam memaksimakan keyakinan vaksinasi - dan mencapai sasaran imuniti kelompok menjelang 2022.
Saya bersama Ketua Menteri Pulau Pinang akan melawat Pusat Pemberian Vaksin (PPV) di SP Arena, Seberang Jaya pada hari Isnin yang akan datang. Pusat Khidmat saya bersama ramai lagi Ahli Dewan Rakyat dan Dewan Undangan Negeri akan terus bersama-sama membantu dalam proses pendaftaran vaksinasi.
Yang jelas, kekecewaan atau kritikan dalam kelemahan urus tadbir negara - tidak seharusnya memberi kesan negatif atau merencat perkembangan program imunisasi. Fokus utama kita adalah untuk keluar dari wahana pandemik - dan mencapai sasaran 80 peratus imuniti kelompok.

The Importance of Bipartisan Support to Increase Vaccine Confidence and Protect The Rakyat
I refer to the statement issued by the PICK Coordinating Minister regarding the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) 5th January 2021 proceedings, involving the JKJAV on the procurement and usage of vaccines in Malaysia.
As a committee member of the PAC, which consists of members from across the political spectrum, I reaffirm that the PAC was satisfied with the explanation made by key members of JKJAV (namely, MOSTI, MOH and MOH DG) - with regards to the procurement process of COIVID-19 vaccines, particularly on vaccine pricing and the planned delivery schedule.

As Malaysia continues to suffer the devastating impact of the ongoing pandemic - simultaneously on the health and socio-economic front - our focus must always be on the protection and wellbeing of the rakyat. Achieving an 80% herd immunity is one of the main ways to achieve this; along with quick and efficient contact tracing.
The solid beginnings achieved through the PAC session with JKJAV must continue through the immediate reopening of Parliament. The Dewan Rakyat is the watchdog of the Executive: a place for the enactment of legislation to protect the rights of the people; to raise and debate on critical issues. It must not be reduced to a vote-casting-cat fight.
In particular, I firmly believe that the PAC proceedings as well as the parliamentary session will provide the much needed bipartisan space that will allow us to throw our full support to the National Covid-19 Immunization Program (PICK).
The ongoing mudslinging and politicising will serve to create further uncertainties and lend credence to the growing anti-vaxxer movement that is rapidly emerging on social media. It is our joint, bipartisan duty to see this immunisation program through.
I will be joining the Chief Minister of Penang, in his visit to the Vaccination Center (PPV) at SP Arena, Seberang Jaya next Monday. My service centre alongside many other MPs and ADUNs from both sides of the political divide will continue to work together to assist in the vaccination registration process.
Granted, there are frustrations, and justified criticism on the weaknesses of the country's governance - but it must never negatively impact or hinder the progress of our immunization programme.
The main focus remains for Malaysia to escape the clutches of the pandemic and achieve the target of 80 percent herd immunity.

4 days out! I know Ive been posting a lot but i just wanna share a bit more for #TrainToTransformTues about not letting obstacles hinder you from your goal. That was me in Dec 13 bit chunkier than now and when i gorged myself with every food and sweet possible. You may think there arent a lot of changes, but i feel the changes and I see it myself compared to April 29. Personally im happy with my changes and i know what ive gone through.
A while back i mentioned I have PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) which is where my hormones are whacked. Hormones play a part in our fatloss and weightloss process ladies. Together with other kinds of life stresses, i felt i wasnt seeing the right changes in my physique, despite training a lot, i still looked chunky like what the fudge! Learning that i had PCOS made me think i would not ever get the physique i want, cause i thought it was a problem. It is, cause i just have to work harder and snarter with training. It helps so much that my coach @benperformancecoach knows a lot bout hormones cause training a female isnt as straight forward as a guy. Since embarking on this journey to the stage, I just want to share that while there maybe problems that you think will hinder progress, life happens, things will thick you off, make you not wanna stick to your goal cause you are just fed up, eating clean is too hard and you want to give up, bla bla bla....Dont!
There will always be a solution, as long as you are focus on your goal. For me was this comp. Point is, in your fitness journey, girl or guy, life happens, but never deviate fron your goal. It all starts with you. You control how you are and what you want to achieve. Workout With Household Items | Linora Low
Thank you for watching my video. I hope this give you a better idea on how to be creative in creating fitness equipment in your house and getting to workout with household items. I would like to add on, that as long as you have a body, you have a gym. :)
No fitness equipment shouldn't hinder you from trying to progress your body and mind.
Disclaimer: please please please be careful when you workout with household items. Cause once again these are temporary solutions and ensure that they are stable/sturdy/secure to avoid injuries. There's a reason why certain fitness equipment are made in such away.. for safety!
Have fun and train smart. Always think of what muscles you want to target and work properly :)

The Division takes place in mid-crisis Manhattan, an open world with destructive environments that are free for players to explore. The player's mission is to restore order by investigating the source of a virus. The gameplay is similar to other third-person-shooters, in which player character can carry three weapons, and explosives like sticky bombs and smart mines to fight against enemies. Players may take cover behind objects during firefights to avoid taking damage from enemies, and to give them a tactical advantage when attacking. As the game is set in a third-person perspective, the character model is visible. As players progress, they earn experience points and currency. They can use these points to customize their character's appearance, upgrade weapons and gear, and learn new talents and skills. Players have to complete missions to learn active talents such as the ability to throw healing grenades, deploy automated gun turret or use radar pulse, which can tag enemies. The game features a dynamic, time based weather system which may bring benefits or disadvantages to players. For instance, storms can hinder player's visibility and make aiming difficult. The game also features a day-night cycle which will change the behaviors of enemies in the game.
