《即興舞動的感知覺受》
年節期間進行了一小段一個人的旅行，在僻靜期間，做做那些能幫助自我沉澱、享受當下時刻的事，比如: 睡醒了就做瑜珈、餓了就做蔬食料理、想動了就跳舞、想練心就寫寫書法。在這個自在而不受限的空間裡，給了機會與自身親近，經驗與感受是如此美好，言詞實在難以具體形容。深感現代人實在也必須給自己一小段的時間空間，重新找回自身的光✨✨✨。
前幾天，在個人臉書PO了這一小段影片，一小段記錄自己自由舞動的時刻，雖然動作皆是基本功的呈現、少了花俏與華麗，但過程卻讓自己非常開心，也意外地得到許多朋友回饋，我覺得重點不是在於「如何去抓取別人的注意力」，而在於「讓內在能量自然流動」的感染力🙂。

前陣子讀了《Powerful and Feminine》這本書，作者Rachael Jayne Groover提到幾段文字與自己的感觸十分契合，與大家分享:

在我們之內流動的女性能量是如流水一般地，這是我們經常在臀部和腹部感覺到的柔軟、流暢、靈活的圓形律動，而不是當今許多女性身體因承受緊張而呈現繃緊的狀態。
🌾Physical movement is the most powerful and immediate way to change an emotional or energetic “state” and reach the levels of success we want. It also happens to be the quickest way to turn on your feminine essence.
身體律動是改變情緒或能量層面最有力和最直接的方法。它也恰巧是開啟女性本質的最快方法。
這本書裡還有許多很棒的概念，之後有機會再跟大家一一分享。

身為女人，是一件很棒的事；
身為一個男人，重新找到自身的陰性能量也能大幅增加與自己的連結感。🌷
