Even in Spain or Portugal, they can be rather slim even salty briny watery, not sure if due to fishing or shipping conditions there. But these local Hong Kong ones are much more meatier, fat as fxxk 🤭🥺, slightly shorter but wider in girth, u don't even need to suck out the meat to eat if u know what I am questioning at? 🤔 That's the established way of eating them in Europe, perhaps Japan too. Here u just pluck them out of the shells.
