9/29 最新公告：為期五天的鐵人聖會於今天天正式展開，因應颱風影響，大會將日程表稍做調整，還請鐵人們配合，造成不變也請見諒，請多加留意這些更動囉:
- 5150 & IRONMAN Taiwan 選手報到 延至周五上午10:00開始報到。今天仍歡迎鐵人們來澎湖體育館 EXPO 和 IM Store 逛逛!
- IRONMAN Taiwan 選手報到 延至周六下午 4:00 截止報到。
- IRONMAN Taiwan 歡迎典禮原訂於澎湖體育場舉行，已取消。
歡迎參加晚上 6:00 舉行的歡迎晚宴，並於報到時登記是否參加。
We made some changes on the Event Schedule due to the typhoon's slightly interruption. Hope the changes will give athletes less stress traveling to Penghu. We look forward to seeing you all!
IMPORTANT CHANGES:
- 5150 & IRONMAN Taiwan Athlete Check-in OPEN Time postponed to 10am on Friday, September 30 | EXPO and IRONMAN Store still open TODAY at 1pm!
- IRONMAN Taiwan Athlete Check-in CLOSE at 4pm on Saturday, October 1
- IRONMAN Taiwan Welcome Ceremony at Penghu County Stadium has been Canceled. Athletes are still welcome to join dinner Banquet starts at 6:00pm

Due to the high chance of strong cross winds along certain areas of the bike course, we have decided that Disc Wheels will NOT be allowed for both the 5150 & IRONMAN Taiwan races on October 1 & 2. This applies to all athletes, including Pros and Age Groups. We apologize for any inconvenience but your safety is of utmost importance to us. Any one found with Disc Wheels attached to their bike will be stopped from racing and/or disqualified.
Thanks for your cooperation in this matter.
大會在審慎考量澎湖特殊天候以及多次勘查自行車行經路線後，確定本次 2016 IRONMAN Taiwan 及 澎湖 5150 國際鐵人三項賽自行車賽段 所有選手皆 #禁止使用碟輪 🈲。任何選手在自行車賽段使用碟輪將會被立即停賽並取消參賽資格。
懇請選手們瞭解此一決定是基於對全體參賽人員之安全考量。造成不便，敬請見諒，也感謝配合。 祝所有選手賽前準備順利。

Are wetsuits allowed? 游泳是否開放防寒衣?
Wetsuit is allowed if the water temperature is up to and including 24.5 °C. Race organizers reserve the right to restrict the usage of wetsuit depending on conditions. Race Director will announce the final decision at the Race Briefing on the day before the Race Day.
依據IRONMAN全球規則，若水溫低於攝氏24.5度方能穿著防寒衣。大會將於賽事前一天的實際水溫判定並公告是否開放防寒衣。
