這首《愛之悲》是美籍奧地利作曲家-克萊斯勒（1875－1962）所寫的鋼琴、小提琴合奏曲。旋律中帶有一點憂鬱、哀愁的味道，並充滿起伏對比的浪漫之美，用從A小調起頭，並穿插著大調色彩，演奏時充滿情感，但保持流動感，就像是悲傷的情緒但仍保有理性。
講到《愛之悲》，就不得不提到《愛之喜》，這兩首都是從維也納早期民謠圓舞曲取材而來，但兩首樂曲的氣氛卻剛好成為對比，一個悲傷、一個喜悅，就像愛情的兩個面向～
