Freediving training should consist of both physical training and mental training; we not only need to train for our body, we also need to train for our mind. That’s where pool trainings come in.
We do Static trainings to improve our relaxation technique, our concentration, and sharpen our mental toughness.
We do Dynamic trainings to perfect our forms, making each kicks and strokes more efficient.
With both trainings will prepare us for deeper and more relax dives in open water. Don’t
skip pool training🙆🏻♂️

短短的影片紀錄四天和自由潛水夥伴們的旅行
雖然說綠島小小的
但四天實在還是不夠
豐富的海底生態和自然環境
真的讓人意猶未盡
這首歌是Gopro在推出Hero6的時候發布宣傳影片使用的歌
也是今年全國最大戶外運動展忠欣展場不斷重複播放的歌
一直想用這首歌剪一部不同凡響的影片
但礙於技術仍然有限 能力也還不足
但這樣的成果已經能讓大家細細品嚐這四天的旅程
覺得已經非常感動
