Leica相機推出了最新的微距Adapter ，這是一種特殊鏡頭附件，可用於微距攝影，從而擴展了其配件產品組合，小巧輕便易於運輸，安裝快速，易於在任何兼容鏡頭上使用。
允許最大放大倍率高達1：1，具體取決於與之配對的鏡頭，使攝影師更容易接近拍攝的對象。可以使用您已擁有的鏡頭以更近的距離捕捉令人印象深刻的細節特寫圖像。
最新的微距Adapter原則上適合所有52毫米鏡頭，並配有兩個適用於46和49毫米接環。

Leica M鏡頭拍攝微距相片一向是最近對焦不可能近於0.7米，加上了這個Close up lens就可以改變了情況，M鏡頭拍攝微距相片可以去到1:1。
