牛柄ミルクチョコプリン
180mlのガラス製プリンカップ 4個分
材料:
■ミルクチョコプリン
生クリーム 200ml
牛乳 150ml
ホワイトチョコレート(刻む)70g
砂糖 30g
水 大さじ2
粉ゼラチン 5g
チョコレートソース 10g
ブラックココアパウダー 小さじ2
ホイップクリーム 適量
いちご(縦半分に切る)2個
ココアサンドクッキー(砕く)1枚
ピスタチオ(刻む) 適量
作り方:
1. ガラス製プリンカップは冷凍庫に入れて白くなるまで冷やしておく。
2. ブラックココアパウダーを少量の水(分量外)で溶いてチョコソースと合わせ、好みの黒さになったら、牛柄の模様になるように(1) のカップの内側にスプーンで塗る。再び冷凍庫に入れて冷やしておく。
3. ミルクチョコプリンを作る。ボウルに生クリームとホワイトチョコレートを入れて湯煎にあて、ホワイトチョコレートが完全に溶けるまでよく混ぜる。
4. 水に粉ゼラチンを入れてふやかしたら、600Wの電子レンジで10〜20秒加熱して液状にする。
5. 小鍋に砂糖と牛乳を入れて中火にかける。沸騰直前まで温めたら火を止めて(3)と(4)を合わせて混ぜ、ザルなどで漉す。
6. (5) を氷水にあててゴムベラで混ぜながら冷やす。とろみがついてきたら(2) に注ぎ入れ、冷蔵庫に入れて冷やし固める。(約1時間)
7. しっかり固まったらホイップクリームを絞って、いちごを飾る。砕いたココアサンドクッキーとピスタチオを散らしたら、完成!

PREPARATION
1. Refrigerate 4 glasses.
2. Dissolve cocoa powder in water and mix with chocolate sauce. Draw cow patterns with the sauce on the bottom of the glass. Refrigerate these glasses again.
3. To make milk chocolate flan, put heavy cream and white chocolate into a bowl. Melt chocolate in a double boiler and mix well.
4. Sprinkle gelatin powder into the water, microwave at 600W for 10 to 20 seconds to liquefy.
5. Heat milk and sugar in a pan over medium heat. Turn off the heat before the boiling point. Mix milk chocolate mixture (3) and melted gelatin (4) and pour into the pan. Strain the mixture through a sieve for smoother texture.
6. Stir and cool the mixture (5) with ice. When thicken, pour into 4 glasses. Refrigerate for about 1 hour.
7. Put some whipped cream and strawberries on top. Sprinkle with crushed cocoa cookies and some pistachios.
8. Enjoy!

1/2 cawan mentega, dicairkan
1/3 cawan gula pasir
1/2 cawan gula perang
1 biji telur (Saiz A @ B)
1 sudu teh ekstrak vanila
1/4 cawan serbuk koko HERSHEY'S
1/2 sudu teh baking soda
1/2 sudu teh garam
1 1/3 cawan tepung serba guna
1 1/2 cawan cip coklat (HERSHEY'S Semi-Sweet & Special Dark Chocolate Chips)
HERSHEY'S Special Dark Chocolate Chips & HERSHEY'S Chocolate Syrup (untuk hiasan)

CARA-CARANYA:
1. Letakkan mentega cair ke dalam mangkuk besar, Sally tak guna mixer, depends on your preference. Selepas tu masukkan gula pasir, gula perang dan kacau sehingga campuran sebati. Selepas tu masukkan telur dan ekstrak vanila dan kacau lagi.
2. Campurkan serbuk koko, baking soda, dan garam, kemudian perlahan-lahan campurkan tepung. Pastikan semua sebati, kikis semua tepi tu. Kemudian baru masukkan coklat cip. Adun ala kadar je.
3. Rehatkan doh dalam 1-2 jam, kalau semalaman lagi bagus, jgn lupa tutup dengan plastik.
4. Panaskan oven 170°. Alas dulang pembakar dengan baking sheet, sendukkan adunan dalam 1-2 sudu ikut selera. Jarakkan sikit supaya tak melekat.
5. Bakar selama 8-10 minit (bergantung kepada kapasiti oven), atau sehingga masak. Biarkan sejuk sekurang-kurangnya 10 minit selepas dikeluarkan baru pindahkan ke bekas yg lain.

Bahan-bahan
2 biji telur
140 gm gula aising
1 sb esen vanila
100 gm tepung naik sendiri
240 gm coklat gelap coin
80 gm mentega
Kacang badam (dicincang)
Nota: Juga boleh gunakan jenis kekacang yang lain.
Cara memasak
1. Campurkan telur bersama gula aising dan kacau sekata menggunakan pemukul telur.
2. Masukkan esen vanila dan kacau sebati.
3. Ayakkan tepung naik sendiri ke dalam campuran dan kacau sebati.
4. Dengan menggunakan kaedah double boil, cairkan coklat gelap coin dan mentega sehingga larut.
5. Campurkan larutan coklat ke dalam adunan tepung dan kacau sehingga sebati.
6. Masukkan adunan ke dalam piping bag dan paipkan menjadi bentuk bulat.
7. Taburkan badam yang dicincang dan bakar pada suhu 150°C selama 30 minit.
8. Biskut brownies berbadam siap untuk dihidangkan.

100 gm self-raising flour
240 gm dark chocolate coins
