🌱 Vegetarian Roast Pork & Thai Small Cabbage 素燒肉炒泰國椰菜苗, the latter an Organic one grown in Hong Kong that I spotted 1 day whilst walking around, how lucky me 🚶♂️🚶♀️🚶! I actually have a lot to talk about this combination, but to keep a long story short.. The Vegan Pork Belly available in HK is not the best I have eaten, some Taiwanese versions I took for granted in the past tasted like they actually had melting pork marbling 🐖🐷!! Crazy.

As for the Thai Cabbage 椰菜苗, one of my fav & sweetest vegetables.. Its called a baby Cabbage, but I think it's actually more a hybrid-middle between a Khanaeng or Brussels Sprouts Cabbage forming no heads (most Cabbages form enclosed heads, not into loose leaves. Hence the protected #CabbageBaby 👶🏻 references) , but not all the way to a Collard Green. It's very unique.. The perfect combination of a Cabbage! Many Thai restaurants carry them but it's hardly available on the market commercially somewhat but it totally should.. 🥺😊😋😋 @ Epicurus Hong Kong
