這趟旅行，去時是白泡泡幼咪咪，回時是黑黝黝又黑黑，尤其是女兒，她是易曬黑體質，就算擦了防曬也跟我一樣，易黑，兒子倒還好，他像強先生是易白體質。
強先生羨慕我們，有這樣完美的體質，他努力曬成古銅色就只能維持2、3個星期而已，想維持久一點都難。
有個法國人教他不要洗澡，只洗重要部位，就會維持比較久，如果是這樣，我就跟他說「我不要跟你睡在一起了！」
他說「噴香水睡覺咯！床上都香香的」
我「🤮」
我則是羨慕他，能有這麼棒的體質，怎麼釃都不怕。
不過，漸漸的我對自己的這項特質而開心，也喜歡上自己黑黝黝又黑黑，更接受多曬一點太陽，不會像以前吸血鬼般的度過海邊假期，但，不過多，而且還是要懂得保護自己的皮膚。
真的是自己的外在只有自己會介意，當你不介意時，接受時，內心才會獲得真正的自由，享受真正的當下。
而且還好十月的長灘是雨季，太陽不算太烈，而且有時雨比陽光多（但多半是早晚下雨），強先生嘟著嘴說「我都沒什麼黑，chloe曬得好漂亮」讓她開心得意的。
我則是補一句：「沒辦法，我生的啊！（甩髮驕傲狀）」
強先生更是來了一個三八劍說：「還不是從我這來的！（比下面）」
