Doing wide stance squats with heels elevated to help out tight calves. One of my more heavier squats to build strength at 8 then to 6 reps. Went from 60kg in the first vid then to 70kg.... think i was a bit ambitious, though i still managed the 6 reps. The point here, lifting should never be an ego thing but for you to challenge hour muscles correctly. Especially when the aim is aesthetics. Long time ago, it used to be an ego trip for me...that just made me recruit wrong muscles and other muscles started growing bigger 🤦🏻 #FacePalm lol. But i love learning from mistakes. Squat gurl, be humble.

It's been quite sometime since ive gone heavy, this is only 50kg for a wide stance squat. But judging from this i can definitely go heavier. When you train you gotta love your program and always challenge yourself. Challenges strengthen you and with this grow that booty! However i personally think you should always learn to activate thy glutes if not no point heavy. This was a great way to fire up the glutes and hammies. Going to be doing this a lot more before legs day next time. The squeeze was awesome. You can do it with a bench too although with the dumbbell makes you balance with your core a lot more.
