【消費預告】財政司司長陳茂波在社交平台發布二次創作《戀愛預告》的歌曲短片，改歌詞為《消費預告》，宣傳10月1日發放的第二期消費券。
8月1日發放的第一期消費券，七成市民選用八達通接收；兩成選擇AlipayHK，而WeChat Pay HK及Tap & Go，則分別有約5%。消費券能否幫助推廣電子錢包？有學者認為，電子消費券只是「踢咗一腳先」，並未能培養市民使用電子支付工具的習慣。

中秋節快樂！按照慣例我們想和大家分享與月亮有關的作品，這首是 [Alexandros] 的〈Moon Song〉收錄在他們 2016 年發行的第六張專輯《EXIST！》當中，也是這張作品的主打歌，在 YouTube 上擁有超過1000 萬次觀賞，是相當受到樂迷喜愛的一首作品。
這是一首關於離別的作品，透過對月亮的描述，傳達內心面對失去的悲傷，同時也鼓勵大家在失去之後，要學會放下並繼續前進，假如這個世界失去了月光，那就讓自己成為那輪明月吧。
