1. 全程核心要緊繃用力, 背不要駝, 要記得打直.
2. 若是無法和她一樣拉得開沒關係, 寧可做慢一點動作小一點姿勢正確比較重要.
3. 記得要呼吸不要憋氣, 用肚子的力量將氣從嘴擠出, 再用鼻子吸氣!
