衣食住行中的「行」

交通費應該算是日常生活中最貴，這裡如果不是住大城市，都會多揸車，因為基本上去哪裡都要車😂，擧例：由我家到最近的超市車程約5分鐘，騎單車約8分鐘，但步行就要26分鐘，而且通常去超市都是要買足一星期的糧食量，所以說車在某些地區是必需品也不為過

公共交通費車費油費保險費換英國駕駛執照這些我不細說，你上網都會找到資料

我在香港有幾年每天開車的經驗，可以說說一些我在這裡留意到的事，做一些分享～

GPS：很重要的工具，初來報到，周圍都係樹和屋，好像每個地方都差不多，還好有google map和apple map，不過我們多用google map，而且之前google map update完後，加了道路車速，可以知道每段路的車速，當然有時可能也會有錯，但大致還是算準確。還有，可能初時要習慣一邊留意導航一邊駕車，如果真的擔心，先用google map行一次到自己開車時就會有點印象

車速：不同的車輛有不同的限制，我只以私家車為例～
BTW英國是以mile來做單位，香港是以km來做單位，1 mile = 1.60934 km
車速通常分幾種路，built-in area(即大多商店聚集的地方，車速限制30mph)，single carriageways(車速限制 60mph)，dual carriageways和motorways(車速限制 70mph)
除了這些基本速度，唔同的council或一些特別的地方如學校附近，車速也會有所不同，所以一定要留意路邊的車速牌
除此之外還有一種叫national speed limit，會見到一個白色圓形有條黑色斜線的路牌，見到這個路牌基本上就是跟返那種路的最高車速來行，即如果是motorways就是70mph~
另外，不同的地方都會有speed camera，如果被捉超速，罰款是以£100起和會被記扣3分，3年內被扣滿12分就有機會被吊銷駕駛執照

停車場：這裡的停車場有不同形式的付款方法，有些可以現金支付(但經過coronavirus 唔知會唔會變晒contactless)，有些就是用app例如：RingGo，大都是預先支付，例如你打算留一小時就先支付一小時的費用，然後有些會有停車票要出示在車頭，有些則是用camera，記下車輛在出入停車場的時間，所以盡量預鬆動一點會較好。
也要留意有些停車場有最耐停車時間，和幾耐不准再泊的限制，例如：最長泊兩小時，半小時內不可再泊之類。
不要以為無出入閘機就是無人管理，他們會不定時抽查，見到你過時或無俾錢就會發告票，超大張告票用防水袋貼在車頭😂我初初還未熟習時預錯時間，試過遲了約20分鐘回到停車場，就離遠已經見到那告票，罰£50，不過如果早交就可以半價£25，即刻上網交了，買個教訓😅
順帶一提，要小心不要開車到巴士線，有些地方會有camera，拍到你就會寄告票到你家

迴旋處：英國有超多迴旋處，這個是我初初在這裡開車的感覺﹗可能因為小城鎮不用太多交通燈，所以這裡有不少迴旋處，大大小小的迴旋處，由單線到四線都有，大迴旋處還會有交通燈，有些迴旋處更是相鄰(即剛出第一個迴旋處就進入另一個迴旋處)。這些大迴旋處就是最容易出錯的地方😅暫時的方法除了熟路外，就係要知道自己準備要出嗰條路個號碼，因為通常地面會有寫，然後就跟住那條線行～ 還有，有些迴旋處會有人過馬路，有時車會專登停下來讓人過的

單車：這裡的單車都在馬路上行，雖然他們多會靠邊行，但遇著路面較窄又或有對頭車，基本上這裡的車就會一直跟在單車後面，不會有人跟太貼也不會有人按響按，所以不時會見到一駕單車後面有長長車龍🤣當然安全情況下車都會排單車頭

禮貌＋打燈：這是我在英國揸車感覺和在香港揸車其中一個好大的分別，不是說香港人不禮貌，但大都像很趕時間😛也不是說這裡的人全都有禮貌，但就是大部份來說和剛巧我遇到的吧﹗(戴定頭盔🤪) 言歸正傳，這裡大部分人除了切線會打燈，在迴旋處也會打燈，更多的是當你讓完人後，無論是司機或行人都會向你舉一舉手以示謝謝～ 讓人先過馬路、大路車讓小路車出和會減慢讓切線車出等等，都是我遇過的

暖氣：冬天的時候，車內有暖氣都幾重要，如果有暖車椅更棒，HAHA，還有一樣，冬天時要開side mirror 的暖線，不然side mirror有時都會有霜，會看不到的～
