愷愷的選擇 冬至22/24 之 貓掌湯圓
冬至與夏至一樣，是一個重要的陰陽轉折時期。
這天是白天最短，黑夜最長的一天。
明天過後，太陽漸漸往北移動，白天慢慢的加長。
冬天來了 春天就不那麼遙遠了。
這一天，通常我們都會吃紅色與白色湯圓來慶祝，象徵著一年的圓滿、團聚與年紀的增長。
愜意的午後，在網路上看到許多可愛貓咪的照片，掛念起在天堂的愛貓。
於是這一天，就來做個貓掌湯圓來療癒自己與慶祝歲月留給我的美好記憶。

Similar to Solar Solstice, Winter Solstice is an important time for shifts in yin and yang.
It is the shortest day, or the longest night, of the year, and after tomorrow, the sun slowly moves northwards and daylight gradually lengthens.
Winter has arrived, but spring doesn’t feel that remote or too far off.
On this day, we usually enjoy red and white sweet rice balls to celebrate, symbolizing a perfect year, reunion, and aging.
During my lovely afternoon, I find myself looking at photos of adorable cats on the internet, missing mine who is now in heaven.
So on this day, let’s make sweet rice balls in the shape of a cat’s paw to heal the self and celebrate the beautiful memories still with us.
