今天香港人面對混亂的世界，制度崩潰，惡人當道，獨裁政權的壓迫，目標只有一個，就是要大家低頭認命，接受獨裁者的標準，做一隻只懂吃喝玩樂，如動物般生存的順民。
今天介紹一本由KOL兼心理學家Jordan Peterson所寫的作品《生存的十二條法則》，作者認為生存在價值混亂的時代，人生很苦，既有來自外界的欺凌、壓迫、傷害、嚴苛的批評，也有來自個人因自身不足而產生的焦慮，「我們比誰都能看清自己的殘缺、軟弱，也比誰都為自己的不符合理想厭棄自己。」他說了演化生物學關於龍蝦的故事作為引子，說明為何做人不要自我矮化；接受做失敗者的角色。

On the sixth day, the final chapter of the tour of Laos, enjoyed the slow life of 6 days and 5 nights, being in the jungle, tasted the authentic cuisine of Laos?, and also enjoyed the French brunch with high quality at a low price?. Every day I just go to the market, chill and enjoy an authentic massage. This kind of life is very interesting. I really want to go to more unique countries, feel the local customs, ?and then take videos of the trip and share it with you guys... So where is my next stop??

清晨5點鐘☀️，走到街上，第一次看到傳統的僧侶布施儀式。回去睡個回籠覺，起床第一件事當然不是吃早餐，先享受一個全身的寮式按摩，再出發吃一個法式早午餐，這裡的牛角包?水準真的是一流。吃飽了當然要去寺廟散散步，這次就來到寮國很著名的，一個位於龍坡邦的泰國及柬埔寨寺廟「香通寺」。入廟參拜後，離開龍坡邦之前，還是吃一個手作冰淇淋吧?，這裡的食物飲料都是比較天然清新的?，就如這裡的建築及充滿人情味的氛圍。再次踏上臥鋪，結束龍坡邦的最後一天，出發永珍?！

The food and drinks here are relatively natural and fresh, just like the architecture and human atmosphere here. Set foot on the sleeping bus again to end the last day of Luang Prabang and set out for Vientiane!
