那天其實真係唔想凌晨4點幾起身然後行個半鐘山去呢到。但係一到左衝入平靜的海那刻又會覺得，點可能讓自己錯過這遊樂？mindset就係那麼奇怪，明知最後係好也總會有同自己對抗的pattern。怎樣才可以skip左那個抗拒的第一反應？如果能skip到，生活會充實多少？🤍

The first thought towards waking up at 4am and hiking an hour and a half to get here is - no way, I don’t want to. but the minute I’m there and jumping into the beautiful calm sea I can’t imagine missing out on this. I probably knew I’d love if from the start. How can we train ourselves to skip the initial reaction of resistance? Wouldn’t life be more easily fulfilled if we could?
