Day11 - 錄音
「錄音」是一只煉妖壺，專門讓被收錄進去的妖魔鬼怪現出原形；錄音也是最可怕的惡魔，將我們的內在、自我徹底地暴露在前，沒有躲藏的餘地。但錄音卻是我們最可靠的朋友、嚴厲的導師、最純淨無瑕的鏡子，讓我們得以聽著錄音反省著自己，然後找到方法重生、進步、昇華。

#聽到自己的音不準嫌惡的表情瞬間藏不住

Recording is a Demon pot, dedicated to reveal the true face of the demons. it’s the most terrible Devil, revealing without mercy our inner world, the defects which we trying very hard to hide inside. We have no place to hide! However, recording is our best friend, the most severe mentor, and the purest mirror. It lets us be able to examine ourself by listening the recording, and find a way to rebirth, making progress and welcome to the next level.

Day10 - 讀譜
學習一首新曲子時，我會習慣從仔細閱讀樂譜開始。把樂譜上正確的節拍、升降記號、音高和所有的符號、術語都先看仔細，用鉛筆慎重地把需要注意的地方圈起來、需要加上臨時記號的地方寫下來、之後要特別練的地方框起來、決定好的呼吸記號勾起來...然後，把剛剛所有寫好的標記，先在腦中跟著音樂仔細Run過一遍。
在「讀譜」這個重要的「程序」完成後，上樂器。

Reading: when learning a new piece, I used to read carefully on the score first, reading all around the correct rhythm, nuance, pitch and all the musical terminology written on the score. Circling the important part, marking the parts which need to be pay attention or practice later on, writing down the breathe marks, etc. Run the music inside of my head and focus on all the marks just written.
After this very important process, instrument on.

Myrllin百日練習計畫 - Day9 吐音練習

一組四拍：全音符 - 四分音符（TK） - 八分音符（TK） - 三連音（TKT） - 十六分音符（TK or TKT）
G藍調音階（或想練的音階），以自己最舒適的速度開始進行，找出當前舌頭的敏銳度在哪。再來找到自己的最高與最低速，知道自己吐舌速度的最大範圍後，進行強化訓練。

Staccato: 4 beats playing in sequence of: whole note - quarter note (TK) - eighth note (TK )- triplet (TKT) - sixteenth note (TK or TKT)
In G blues scale (or any scale you want to practice), beginning with your comfortable tempo to find your actual speed of your tongue, and then try to find your fastest and slowest tempo. To know your maxi range, then training on it.

我決定要加入一項很特別的計畫，叫做#the100dayproject #百日計畫，開始我的一百天的練習里程 #100daysofpractice ！

這是在instagram社群的音樂圈裡非常廣為盛行而且也非常有趣的一項練習計畫，我長期在追蹤的幾位instagram音樂朋友們也正在執行這項計畫當中。甚至連小提琴家Hilary Hahn @violincase 也加入了這項計畫，在這段時間分享了她的各種練習過程，三天前才剛達成她一百天練習計畫的里程碑。

強如Hilary Hahn，身為經常在各國旅行巡演的演奏家，行程依然緊湊，忙碌如她還是依然在各種短短的時間內找到難能可貴的練習時間，可見這短短的練習時間是多麽的珍貴！我又怎麼可能有藉口說：“我忙到都沒時間練習了”呢？在這一百天內，我也從她身上學到了很多不僅僅是對於技術上的理解，更多的是Hilary Hahn精神上的執行力與高超的專注力。

這項計畫的主旨不在於結果，而在於它的"Process"，也就是音樂練習的過程，練習的方法有很多，而且沒有所謂的對錯，想要完整的熟練一項技藝只有持之以恆的道理。請大家持續追蹤我的 #myrllinpracticetime 跟著我一起練習吹長笛！那麼，我希望你也可以跟我一起享受這段一百天的練習過程囉！
