店主非常喜歡這張唱片也很喜歡聽
所以希望以 夏全開這個意境來傳遞他想表達的店
位於果貿社區 這個有高雄小香港俗稱的地方
密密麻麻的房子 也是我很喜歡的一個地點之一
而 夏全開這家店 原本是一家 相片沖印店
不過後來一個因緣際會之下 把這家店收購後
承接了部分的業務 而開始讓喜歡玩底片的人
也有一個地方做交流
裡面的古物都是自己收集來的
這家店的甜點是另外一個女主人做的
每次都有不一樣的甜點
看著這家店賣甜點
還有相片收藏的感覺 真喜歡
這家的氣泡飲 做的非常美～
而且喝起來真好喝 我點蘋果的
蘋果自己熬煮超好喝 而且味道很濃厚 很喜歡
還有甜點 以每日創意製作為主
一看到 鐵觀音蜜桃戚風蛋糕 馬上點
兩種鮮奶油 混合而成的
中間內餡的鮮奶油還多加了茶香
而且水蜜桃在這裡搭配起來剛剛好
好喜歡 這個是我近期最喜歡的戚風蛋糕了
清爽 又好吃
然後提拉米蘇的 咖啡酒味好濃厚
每一口都超濕潤 非常好吃
非常喜歡這裡的甜點 完全水準之上
用餐又是一個很考驗氣氛的地方
但這裡完全合格
餐點更是讓人滿意
