終於來到2020年的最後一個月了!12月應該是充滿節日氣氛,高高興興地迎接新一年,今年卻多災多難!想要好好地跟家人朋友聚會都變成奢望,好吧,只能用美食讓自己暫時逃離一下現實吧 😁
早陣子,有幸嚐到這生機純素套餐,所有食物不僅僅是純素這麼簡單,更厲害的是沒有使用任何麵粉、精製糖(白砂糖)、添加劑丶防腐劑丶人造色素丶香料等等,而且沒有經過高溫處理,更完整地保留食材營養!
你沒看錯,水果朱古力奶油撻、香草和煙燻芝士、薑味小蛋糕、尼泊爾岩米燉飯等,都是沒有煮過喔!這裡特別想要介紹一下「香草和煙燻芝士」🧀,使用了水克菲爾珠菌自家發酵而成 (水克非爾珠菌是由一群益生菌組合而成),所以含有超大量的活性益生菌!而且味道遠比純素芝士好吃 😇,更不用說一般的普通芝士了!

Raw Vegan Christmas Party🎄
It's finally the last month of 2020! December should be full of festive mood, but now wanting to have a good gathering with family and friends has become a wish! Well, I decided to have some delicious food to temporarily escape from reality 😁
Earlier, I was fortunate to have tasted this Raw Vegan Meal. All the food is not just vegan. It does not use any flour, refined sugar, additives, preservatives, artificial colors, flavors, etc. And without high temperature cooked, the nutrition of the ingredients is more completely retained!
You read that right, the fruit chocolate cream tart, herbs and smoked cheese, ginger-flavored mini cakes, Nepalese rock rice stew, etc. are all uncooked! I especially want to introduce the "Herbs and Smoked cheese" 🧀, which is house-cultured by using Water Kefir Grains, so it contains a lot of active Probiotics! And it tastes far better than vegan cheese 😇, not to mention ordinary cheese!
This set is available from time to time, but if you want to try their "Raw Vegan Cheese", I highly recommend this recently launched [Three Cheeses Xmas Platter Set], which contains three types of cheeses, and four types raw vegan crackers that match perfectly with the cheeses. You will even get a 4-inch raw vegan cake if you orderd it now (my dad’s birthday cake!)! Super good!

今年老爸的生日🎂不幸遇到了香港第四波疫情,限聚令收緊為最多2人用餐,街上人流明顯少了很多!老爸老媽說希望大家都要身體健康!「身體健康」不是只靠嘴巴說說就可以的。一般人生日都會買個蛋糕慶祝開心一下,正常不過。但你可知道美麗可口的蛋糕背後,其實使用了大量的精製糖!
//精製糖除了甜之外,基本上一無是處,所以又被營養學家們稱為空白卡路里 (empty calories)。過量攝取糖份的危害遠大於肥胖這麼簡單,比如蛀牙、肥胖症、糖尿病危險增加、心臟功能損害等等//
而其實,精製糖對人體來說卻不是必須的!因此,我給老爸訂購了這款「生機植物蛋糕 (Raw Vegan Cake)」,沒有使用任何精製糖,取而代之的是龍舌蘭蜜,低升糖指數;沒有使用任何麵粉,取而代之的是有機腰果,口感非常綿密,極像雪糕;沒有經過高溫烘焙,更完整地保留食材營養!重點是好吃!老爸也喜歡!
以後吃甜食也不用擔心會讓身體帶來負擔了!可以真正做到「身體健康」了!再次祝老爸生日快樂,身體一定健康喔~
Super cake without refined sugar
This year, my dad’s birthday 🎂 unfortunately encountered the fourth wave of the epidemic in Hong Kong. The party restriction order was tightened to a maximum of 2 people, and the flow of people on the street was significantly reduced! Mom and Dad said that they hope everyone will be healthy! "Physical Health" is not just about saying. Most people will buy a cake to celebrate their birthday, it’s normal. But did you know that a lot of refined sugar is used in the beautiful and delicious cakes!
// Refined sugar is basically useless except for sweetness, so it is called empty calories by nutritionists. Excessive intake of sugar is far more harmful than obesity, such as tooth decay, obesity, increased risk of diabetes, damage to heart function, etc.//
In fact, refined sugar is not necessary for the human body! Therefore, I ordered this "Raw Vegan Cake" for my dad. Instead of using any refined sugar, replaced it with agave which is low glycemic index. Not using any flour and replaced it with organic cashews, the taste is very dense, very like ice cream; it has not been baked at high temperature, and the nutrition of the ingredients is more completely retained! Most importantly, the cake is delicious! Dad likes it too!
Don’t need to be worried about the burden of eating sweets in the future anymore! You can truly be "HEALTHY"! Happy birthday to dad again~

做了一個生機蛋糕
話說
昨晚吃的那個
餅底 合桃有股油耗味
餅饀 糖不夠腰果不夠椰子油不夠水又加太多
於是
吃剩的那半個蛋糕
拆開重做好了
合桃餅底弄走
重新打了杏仁
餅餡加了糖加了腰果加了椰子油再加了椰奶
嘩 真的太好吃了
我跟友人說
