用了回不去的IH感應爐(^_^)a

還沒搬家的時候,
我就想以後我家一定不要用瓦斯爐😂😂😭!
因為瓦斯爐如果放戶外就要牽管線,很醜😭!
但其實重點是我怕我不靈光的腦袋會常常忘記關瓦斯!
感應爐有安全機制,會自動關掉,太適合腦袋不靈光的四寶媽了⋯⋯
再加上我害怕孩子自己煮飯的時候明火危險⚠️所以感應爐,真的很適合我們家!
蠻多人問我這些問題:
1.加熱快不快這個問題➡️我覺得加熱速度蠻快的ㄟ⋯⋯
2.妳真的會同時使用三口爐👉🏻我真的會
3.耗電嗎?👉🏻我不是省電達人,但幫我安裝的水電幫我量過,說不耗電!
選用感應爐的原因:
1.沒有明火,安全一點
2.好清洗👉🏻擦一擦就好了
3.不用想說我的桶裝瓦斯要放哪😭!
4.加熱是鍋子的邊緣不會像使用瓦斯爐的明火鍋邊很燙!
單單好清洗,就能當我的首選了😂

How to Make Teriyaki Chicken Rice Bowl
Difficulty: Easy
Time: 30min
Number of servings: 2 servings
Ingredients:
2 bowls of rice
250g (8.8oz.) chicken thigh
100g (3.5oz.) frozen broccoli
50g (1.7oz.) Shimeji mushrooms
50g (1.7oz.) onion
A
* 1 tsp. Sake
* 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
* 1 tsp. Mirin (sweet Sake)
B
* 2 tbsp. Dashi soup stock
* 1 tbsp. soy sauce
* 1 tsp. sugar
* 1/2 tbsp. Mirin (sweet Sake)
cooking oil
salt
Directions:
1. Season the chicken with A.
2. Mix B.
3. Defrost broccoli. Thinly slice the onion. Separate Shimeji mushrooms into small pieces.
4. Place the vegetables in a microwavable bowl, cover, then microwave on medium for 3 minutes. Lightly season with salt.
5. Heat 1/2 tbsp. of cooking oil in a frying pan. Place the chicken skin-side down. Cover and cook on medium for 3 minutes. Flip it over and cook on medium for another 3 minutes.
6. Uncover, add B, then cook on high until the sauce slightly thickens.
7. Put rice in a bowl, place chicken cut into small pieces, garnish with vegetables, drizzle with the leftover Teriyaki sauce in the pan.

Japanese Egg Drop Soup (Kakitamajiru 日式蛋花湯)
Difficulty: Easy
Time: 15min
Number of servings: 4 servings
Ingredients:
2 eggs
snow peas *Mitsuba or chopped scallion is ok
600ml Dashi broth (Kombu or Bnoito)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. light soy sauce *regular soy sauce is ok if you don't have it
2 tsp. Katakuriko (potato starch) *corn starch is ok
1 tbsp. ginger juice *if you like
Directions:
1. Beat eggs in a bowl. Trim stems and remove strings of the snow peas, cook in boiling water for a few seconds, drain well, and cut into thin strips.
2. Put Dashi broth in a large pot and put on medium. When it becomes warm, season with salt and light soy sauce.
3. Bring the soup to a boil, mix Katakuriko (potato starch) dissolved in 1 tbsp. of water.
4. Bring the soup to a boil, add beaten eggs into the soup through the gap between 2 chopsticks or the tines of a fork, moving your hands in a circular motion around the pot.
5. Wait for a second, mix with a ladle, then add ginger juice if you like.
6. Stop the heat, cover, and steam with the remaining heat for a minute.
7. Pour it into a soup bowl, and garnish with snow pea strips.
