昨天鄰居奶奶又要我過去吃晚餐
我趕快帶好幾袋衛生紙給她還有香皂
（奶奶喜歡蒐集廁所衛生紙可能很有安全感）
然後奶奶要我把桌上的菜全吃完
因為她說她老公卡車爺爺很挑食
（爺爺在旁邊自己吃西瓜說不想吃飯）
我吃了馬鈴薯和燉菜還有奶奶的燉煮蔬菜
和整碗雞腿一共十三根整個肚子快爆破了
我幫小粉絲們問到鄰居奶奶的北歐醃菜食譜了
奶奶很認真的寫下來給我而且她字超美的
我在這邊翻成英文：
Raw cabbage head.
Needs to be sliced into very thin stripes
Add cumin seeds. Not to much
Salt. grainy one. Not to much
Carrot. Plenty of it

Mix all together in a big bowl or bucket.
Plastic container recommended.
Use something heavy to stomp the mixture together ( needs to be almost glued together)
Cover the stomped mixture with towel.
Place a wooden board or similar thing on top of the towel so it covers inside of the bowl.
Place rock on top of the board ( anything heavy will do. This allows the mixture to be forced together even more)
Keep in warm room for 2- 3 days until there is foam on top.
Remove the board, store, towel and put the mixture into cold place, it should have somewhat sour taste now and plenty of liquid as well.

But part of the mixture into the pot, add some grease. Preferably some butter.
Can add some extra salt and very tiny bit of water. Boil til its soft.
More you heat it up and let it cool down the better it gets.

你要準備高麗菜頭或是生白菜頭然後切成細絲
(一定要切的很細）
加一點孜然籽小茴香或其他香料
（隨便香料都可但奶奶推薦馬芹或孜然子或小茴香）
加一點鹽巴
加一堆細絲紅蘿蔔
（要很細）
把它們混在一個大碗公裡面（塑膠碗最好）
然後用很重的東西把它們壓爆擠爆錘爆
（要讓食材黏著在一起）
然後用毛巾蓋住再用一塊木板放在毛巾上
（木板的大小要在容器裡面 或是其他東西都可以大小但要塞在容器裡面）
再用一塊石頭壓在板子上
或隨便很重的東西都可以
這樣可以讓食材好好的混在一起
然後放在溫暖的房間大概兩三天
直到毛巾上面有泡沫
然後把所有食材都拿出來放到冰箱
這時應該有酸味然後有很多液體
（放到冰箱可以保存很久）
如果你要吃的話
把一點倒入鍋子裡面然後加一點奶油
你可以加一點鹽巴或糖和一點點水
煮到軟軟的就可以吃了
你每次加熱之後冷卻然後再加熱
這個燉菜就會越來越好吃

然後隔天早上醒來旁邊躺了一個粗壯胖女人
爺爺當下裸體整個人嚇得要死
想說他竟然睡了這個女人趕快跑回家
結果隔天爺爺被叫到警察局
他想說也不知道自己做了什麼壞事
結果發現那天睡的粗壯女人是個高階警官
她對爺爺一見鍾情想要再見爺爺一面
爺爺嚇爆趕快說自己家裡有事然後逃跑
Max的那個玩具球球是我買的
他跟巴褲一樣很喜歡玩球
Max超保護奶奶
每次爺爺如果跟奶奶講話大聲
Max就會去咬爺爺的屁股
或是用身體去撞爺爺
然後被爺爺用拖鞋打

熱火詢價米丘，爵士認為不夠
The Utah Jazz have already completed one blockbuster trade this offseason by sending big man Rudy Gobert to the Minnesota Timberwolves.
According to a recent report, another potential blockbuster deal was at least discussed between the Jazz and Miami Heat. The Heat reportedly offered some kind of offer for star guard Donovan Mitchell, but the deal was deemed “insufficient” by the Jazz.
爵士在修賽季完成了狗貝的重磅交易
但最近的一份報告指稱爵士與熱火討論了另外一筆重磅交易，但爵士認為還不夠
「“As [Jazz general manager Justin] Zanik hinted, Mitchell’s status with the Jazz might then be determined by what other teams are offering for him — if the Jazz got a return that made them more likely to be a championship team, they’d do the deal,” wrote Andy Larsen of the Salt Lake Tribune.
“According to a league source, one offer came from Miami even before the Gobert trade was finalized. The Jazz, though, found that offer insufficient. In addition, Miami’s win-now roster has limited picks and young players to trade.”」

There have been numerous rumblings linking the Heat and Mitchell as of late, but nothing yet has truly indicated that a deal will get done in the near future. Of course, the Heat would love to have Mitchell on the roster. He’s a three-time All-Star and averaged 25.9 points per game last season.
Still, it seems the Heat are not willing to discuss parting ways with truly valuable assets in order to land him. At least, they’re not willing to do so just yet.

As for the Jazz, the organization now finds itself in a position of limbo. With the Gobert trade, the Jazz now have a slew of future draft picks to build a young and talented roster with. However, Mitchell is certainly interested in winning now. For that reason, the Jazz are definitely a team to keep an eye on as the 2022 NBA offseason continues.
至於爵士則陷入了另一個困境
他們有著大量的選秀簽- 來自狗貝的交易 （還有透過RO交易來的23首輪），他們可以建立一個年輕且有潛力的隊伍，但那是在未來，而米丘肯定現在就想要贏。
Though there have been some exciting deals already this offseason, nothing has really caused the major fireworks that NBA fans crave during the summer months. A Mitchell trade would change that immediately. Only time will tell if such a deal will take place.
儘管已經有一些讓人興奮的交易出現，但還沒什麼能夠讓NBA觀眾集體高潮的火花，米丘的交易將滿足期待，但只有時間會證明他是否發生。

一隊最多可以同時擁有一位自己簽的跟一位交易來的
所以只看規則，熱火是有機會交易來的
