家裡剛好有一包美人菇
家裡自從添購了氣炸烤箱
很少吃炸物
因為自己手作就能變化出超多樣化的氣炸酥脆煎炸物了❤️
今天要來分享這道超美味
金黃酥香的氣炸鹹酥菇
給愛吃炸物又怕胖的朋友
沾上健康低卡的優格芥末醬
真的能一解想吃鹹酥雞的慾望！
不敢相信一份無油
不僅低卡還有13克蛋白質！
蛋奶素朋友也能放心享用喔❤️

🍄食譜：
一包美人菇（或任何你喜歡的菇類）
一匙麵粉
一顆蛋
蒜頭
巴西里
海鹽
黑胡椒
卡宴辣椒
優格
黃芥末醬
零卡甜菊液或羅漢果糖漿

🍄作法：
先把美人菇切塊
把吐司放入氣炸烤箱烤到金黃酥脆
被我偷吃了幾口
放入塑膠袋中
敲打成粉狀
打一顆蛋
加入蒜泥
攪拌均勻後
準備一個新的小盅
加入一匙麵粉
黑胡椒
海鹽
卡宴辣椒粉
巴西里
攪拌均勻之後
將美人菇沾一層香料麵粉
裹上蛋液
最後包覆一層麵包粉
就可以送入氣炸烤箱
兩面200度各烤7分鐘
挖一匙特調的低卡優格芥末醬
就完成啦！

🍄RECIPE:
cut mushrooms into quarters
Bake 1 toast until golden and crisp.
Transfer the bread to a plastic bag.
gradually crush the bread into crumbs.
Beat 1 egg and minced garlic
Whisk in a small bowl
In another bowl,
Add 1 tsp flour
Black pepper
sea salt
Cayenne pepper
Parsley
Toss the mushrooms in the flour
then dunk it in the eggs
finally toss them in the breadcrumb
Push the basket into the fryer
and cook for 360°F 7 mins both side
Serve with this healthy yogurt mustard dipping sauce.
Air Fryer Mushroom pairs well with this dipping sauces
They are a low calorie and great source of fiber, too!

Representatives from MOFA and AIT attended the recent launch ceremony for the Stephen J. Solarz International Laboratory at Taipei Veterans General Hospital. The lab was established under an agreement between #Taiwan and the #US to collaborate on thoracic cancer research. It will conduct research to characterize the distinct features of thoracic cancers in patients in Asia and the US, to accelerate the development of diagnostics, treatments and preventative measures against thoracic cancers, which account for two million deaths per year worldwide. Clinical trials are also slated to begin, both at Taipei Veterans General Hospital and the US National Institute of Health Clinical Center.
