【進擊的台灣】古坑咖啡雞始祖 秘境中嚐咖啡香
全台第一的「咖啡烤雞」就在咖啡的故鄉雲林古坑，咖啡在經過高溫烘烤之後，變焦糖香的色澤，剝開時還聽得到清脆的聲音，薄透的皮酥而不軟，雞肉則是軟而不柴，只要吃過一次的客人，幾乎回頭率是百分之百！沈俊宏和葉惠美這對夫妻，自己種咖啡，種菜，還把特產竹筍刨成像麵條的樣子，再下鍋翻炒，成了獨家的「阿嬤筍麵」，賦予在地特產新生命！
