花式小倉城😍
這幾年大概都是櫻花季節才會去小倉一趟，有幸都能看到被滿開櫻花所包圍的帥氣小倉城。
要是天氣好天空夠藍，可以看到以藍天為背景，搭配身旁巨大的櫻花樹的白帥帥城堡。
過了4、5點之後，藍天會慢慢反白，再移駕到小倉城庭園，雖然逆光較難拍攝，但在日落過程中透過櫻花枝葉擋掉部分直射，在滿開的櫻花間隙中，可以看到耀著晶亮光芒的城堡。
再多一點耐心等到6點過後夕陽落入城堡後方，雲層透出餘暉，粉黃的晚霞讓城堡與淺白櫻花瞬時變的粉嫩柔和，與白天相比又是不同的感覺。
而入了夜之後的打燈投射，是使用iphone 拍攝，深藍的夜空、白色燈光投射在俊白的城壁、夜櫻獨特的粉橘感，同樣一座小倉城，在一天中的氛圍變化，是不是很吸引人呢☺️

酒釀雞片 Stir-fry Chicken With Fermented Rice Wine
1. 將甜椒洗淨，去除籽及白色組織部分,並切成菱形狀。
Clean the bell pepper, remove the pith and seeds, and
cut them into rhombus.
2. 薑切成薑絲，蒜切成蒜末。
Cut ginger into fine julienne, and rougly chop the garlic.
3. 雞胸肉切片狀。
Slice the chicken breast.
4. 雞胸加入適量白胡椒、鹽巴、米酒抓醃。水份吸收之後，加入適量太白粉抓勻。
Marinate chicken breast with pepper, salt and rice wine. Add in starch after marinade is absorbed by meat.
5. 放入雞胸肉煎至顏色反白。
Add the chicken and saute they are until almost cooked.
6. 先取出備用。
Take the chicken breasts out and put them aside.
7. 甜椒放入鍋中炒約兩分鐘。
Add the peppers and saute for 2 more minutes.
8. 加入薑絲及蒜末。
Add the ginger and garlic and saute for a while.
9. 煎好的雞胸放回鍋中拌炒。
Add in cooked chicken breast.
10. 放入一大匙酒釀和一大匙醬油。
Add 1 tbsp fermented rice wine and soy sauce.
11. 加入適量水煨煮。
Add some water.
12. 拌炒收汁 ，起鍋前加入適量白胡椒。
cook untilthe sauce thicken, and season with some pepper.
