函館早市匯集了有多達250間的專賣店，各式海鮮伴手禮應有盡有。而「海鮮蓋飯」的食材皆是選用剛捕撈上岸的肥美海鮮所特製而成，更是您必吃的美食選項。
函館新鮮味美的極品珍饈齊聚一堂
位處函館車站周邊一隅的函館早市，是函館各式食材的集散地，提供的食材保證鮮度超群、滋味絕佳。早市自清晨5點（冬季期間自清晨6點）營業至正午時分，流通商品包括海鮮、蔬果及甜點等等，種類繁多令人目不暇給。來此還可觀賞大型水槽內的生鮮螃蟹及貝類，使購物採買樂趣無窮。
垂釣烏賊，興奮刺激！
市場水槽中，剛捕撈上岸的烏賊活力十足，放肆飄游。而垂釣這些烏賊的新奇體驗，便成了極受遊客好評的一項活動。您只需以魚竿前端的釣針鉤取，便能輕鬆釣起烏賊。釣到的烏賊還會交由廚師當場為您製成生魚片，新鮮無比的烏賊生魚片晶瑩剔透，鮮美滋味更無法以三言兩語形容。

On a corner close to Hakodate Station can be found the bustling Hakodate Asaichi (Morning Market), tempting visitors with an array of delectable fresh Hakodate produce. The Morning Market is open for business from as early as 5 am (6 am during the winter) and closes at noon. Seafood, vegetables, fruit and sweets are just some of the edibles available for purchase. Enjoy a spot of shopping at the market and be sure to check out the live crabs and shellfish in their massive tanks.

Freshly-caught squids can be seen swimming vigorously around purpose-built fish tanks in the market. A really popular tourist pastime is to try catching these squids. All it takes to catch one is a rod with a hook on the end, so chance your arm! Once you've caught one, a chef will take your catch and prepare squid sashimi for you. Fresh squid sashimi with its glistening translucent flesh is not only a beautiful feast for the eyes but also a real taste sensation as well.

The "Donburi Yokocho Ichiba" is a restaurant arcade located inside the Hakodate Morning Market, featuring some 20 eateries. If you're looking to sample fresh crab, salmon caviar, sea urchin and other seafood delights, then this is the place to visit. You shouldn’t visit Hakodate without trying the famous seafood dish commonly known as "seafood rice bowl", a bowl of steaming rice topped with raw seafood. If you're a tourist in Hakodate, then it is the done thing to head to the Hakodate Morning Market to sample the seafood rice bowl for breakfast.

好多人喜歡北海道的原因都是因為魚市場又便宜又新鮮的海鮮！
第5天來到函館朝市，酒店旁邊就是朝市，
非常非常多海鮮美食可以吃到！
包括名物超殘忍的無頭鳥賊飯、燒海鮮、夕張蜜瓜，
還有牧場直送超濃牛乳製成的雪糕！
下午來到金森紅磚倉庫閒逛，雖然不算是很好買的景點，
但附近景色真的超美！吃個下午茶、拍照打卡一流！
喜歡古蹟的朋友會去五稜郭，
不過即使不喜歡的話也很推薦情侶去看日落 ~♥
晚上返回朝市附近品嚐無添加超鮮甜海膽飯～
最難忘的是：
