Derek Charke - 《七拍拉格》(Raga Sept) 長笛四重奏

「拉格（#Raga）」源自於梵語，意為「色彩」。

它是印度古典音樂的旋律調式，是構成音樂的基礎。每首拉格都有獨特的感情和氣氛，賦予印度音樂源源不絕的靈感。

Charke創作了一系列的拉格作品，並統一以印度數字命名標題。此系列樂曲並非以傳統拉格的方式呈現，而是作曲家借用其基礎，嘗試創作出一種冥想概念的的音樂形式。

#七拍拉格
這首《七拍拉格》為7/8拍節奏。長笛在控制氣音與樂音的比例上本來就有高度的自由。利用此特性結合鮮明的字詞發音，使得層次豐富且多元。
透過明確的在吹奏時發出"cha"這個字，能創造出較為粗糙混沌、卻更富個性的聲響效果。

#RagaSept
此首曲名本應使用印度語的saat（7）題名，但為了避免與另一首四重奏作品撞名，最後以法文的sept (7)來代替。
