The new Cream powder formula is actually meaning "powder performs well like cream" and I misunderstood at first place. I think the name of formula is a little confusing and when I tried first time I hated it(like Natasha said, it might not swatch well, and I thought that was it, it isn't).
When I tried again I loved this formula so much that I bought Joya too.
It's very light weight with thin layer performed well. The water sparkling effect is unbelievably beautiful, stunning.

It's not glued very well. When I touch the pan it will move.
